These are fraudsters on the lose in the internet: ousykt.com, scollor.com, and fotimmy com, i might have missed some because there so many of them. They are all identical sites connected to a UK registered company. Marul company limited. Don't get fooled by their ads and excellent pricing ie. Expensive enough for you not to doubt. They will deliver crap product then offer you 50% discount so you could avoid paying $20 return shipping cost to China.

Depending on how you paid for your product - Use your credit card company, bank or Paypal to get a full refund from these scammers.

I bought a telescope; the “luxury” package to get all the accessories.
They sent the standard package (no accessories).
The telescope was very poor quality and the object lens was loose and wonky so it prevented you from seeing through the telescope properly.
They made no attempt to rectify their error. I asked for a full refund which they are refusing.
Be aware that it costs about $20 to send your product back to China tracked.
In one morning their first offer was 15% then 30% and finally 50% of the cost - insulting.
I’m holding out for a full refund for What I ordered as opposed to the useless cheap product that arrived.
Do NOT deal with them. They seem to be scammers.

Do not order anything from them. They are a complete scam. The telescope they sent wasn’t even close to what they advertised. They offered me 15% refund. I told them I will accept nothing less than a full refund. I have PayPal involved now.

Ordered 2 weeks ago still not received notice of despatch. Reading the other reviews, wish I'd checked here first

These people are total scammers ordered a Telescope got one which is not correct and worth far less than the one I paid for, offered me 15% refund told them to get lost and I want a full refund and now getting my bank to get my money back, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I ordered a telescope from this company and a week after they had taken the payment they hadn't despatched it. I contacted them and asked for a delivery date and they responded they couldn't give me one. I have now written to them and asked for a refund as they haven't despatched the item. I will update in due course,

Do not buy off this company, they send out goods that are nothing like the item advertised, when you raise the issue, they only offer 10% of refund. I am taking this to every media outlet around the world so no one else is ripped off or duped by their fake ads, do not believe a word they say on the adverts, items are not made in california, or shipped from usa, they are shipped from china and made in china.
