Bad quality

I had high expectations when ordering from OuriBeauty, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The website looks professional, yet the overall service did not live up to that image. Communication was slow and unclear, which made the ordering process frustrating.

Don’t order from them

Don’t order from them
I really don’t recommend you to order from this brand. The boxes came damaged and the brush came open. To me this is unacceptable. I was asked if I want 25€ voucher LOL, I want a refund!!! This is such a scam, the quality of the brush looks poor, very platic. The rest I don’t know, as it’s a gift which I have to give in fully damaged boxes.

All our products leave our warehouse carefully packed and in perfect condition. In this case, the outer packaging was affected during transit with the carrier, while the product itself arrived undamaged. This was immediately escalated with the shipping partner involved.

As a gesture of goodwill, our customer support team offered a €25 gift card, even though the issue occurred during transport.

Hairbrush - Do not buy! Customer service not supportive

I was disappointed with this purchase. The hairbrush was extremely hard and uncomfortable to use, and the product I received did not match what was advertised. When I reached out to the seller for a refund, they refused. I understand their policy about not refunding opened items, but I reported the issue within an hour of receiving the product due to its poor quality — I clearly didn’t even use it. I am highly disappointed when companies falsely advertise their products.

I believe companies should stand behind their products and support customers when an item doesn’t meet expectations or advertised quality. Unfortunately, the customer service was just as unsatisfactory as the product itself, and this company seems more focused on short-term sales than customer satisfaction. I will never buy from this company again
