Hi, Customer service was very quick and helpful with cancel my account.

Beware, this company is one big scam!! This company looks like a regular website when you go directly to the site, but they use other fake webssshops to automatically lock you into a membership, in my case that went through 24-pharma-nl.shop You think you are making a purchase through another webshop, but then those become credits at Ourhomesflow. Then you can only let the membership expire after 14 days, but it is renewed in the meantime and you can pay. If you have to deal with this, immediately block your credit card!! Then they can no longer write off any more amounts.

They are easily accessible via the chat and immediately take the membership step, but they do not return the credits. In short, you have lost your money!

I actually subscribed by mistake but every agent I spoke with has been very kind, patient and resolutive. Alero has been very kind too by finalizing the resolution.

The way they expedite my concern especially Kenny is handled properly and fast.

It's a scam. When you will reach out to customer service for tracking of box. Ourhomeflow will say it's scam under name. We are not responsible for it. And they will charge you for their membership too.

This is the 3rd time I had to cancel subscription. You keep on deducting money. Imani is in touch and helping to resolve the issue

I appreciate them giving me a refund even though I didn't subscribe in the first place. I have done this review a few times as well so would just like this to be sorted now. I thought it was a delivery fee for a gift box but was misled and now its taken more than two weeks to be sorted out.
