This 'company ' is a scam. Please check your bank statements for a deduction which will appear THREE times each and every month after they sign you up to a subscription you have no knowledge of and which you certainly did not agree to. They will not refund all the money they steal from you. This is a despicable scam which will leave you hundreds and hundreds of pounds poorer until you are able to have your bank block them from stealing even more. I will continue to warn others until they refund all the money they have stolen from me. The deductions will be from Limassol. They will claim you agreed to a subscription you haven't even seen via an email. PLEASE BE AWARE. MONEY STOLEN THREE TIMES A MONTH FROM LIMASSOL

Unfortunately, I had very unpleasant experience with your site.
1. Your company withdrew money from my VISA card without any prior notification and without my consent.
2. I forced to pick up some items because I was not allowed for full refund of my money, which is also inappropriate!!!
3. I picked up some goods and waited for it delivery very long time.
4. No one from your team cared if I received my cargo, NO ONE, until I found out the problem MYSELF and started bombarding your "support team" with emails!!!
5. All of a sudden my cargo "was not able" to be delivered. Come on! You are a European company! You think I would believe you could not send the cargo?????!!!! You just did not care about it, you never sent it to me. Otherwise the DHL would do their job !!!!
You MUST change your "business style" and start show respect to your customers.
However, I would like you to pay bonus or in any form promote Mason from online support!!! He was the first and the most effective help for me. He managed to refund me half of the withdrew amount.
