I like it. Just not in a financial state at the moment to purchase goods

Kriss helped me get a refund because I accidentally clicked on a link that took money from my bank account. He was very polite and made sure I got everything I needed.

I’d like to thank claire for sorting out the situation i have had and has helped me as the issue is being resolved, so 10/10 customer service. thankyou

I tried to order something, and I didn't see the small letters on the bottom telling that I would subscribe :

"I consent and accept the conditions of the membership and would like a secondary membership. 2x recurring payments every 14 days, current rate (63 €). Cancel anytime."

That was clicked, without my consent, so I mailed instantly to unsubscribe, I'm waiting for their confirmation. I think it's an abuse
Edited, I finally ge the answer I was needing, but it should have come right away, that my subscription could not ne canceled, as it didn't go through.... so I put a 3 star

I order something that they say its R37 and they took that money then after 3 days another money deducted a lot of money, what's wrong with this company the money they never told me about,now I have been waiting for refund, please

It took a long time for them to cancel my subscription as I told them the first time I saw that I had been charged. But they told me when that they canceled my membership then I noticed yous charged me 2 times so I am very upset because I didn't have enough To pay my bills.

I am forced to review so. That the money that was dedicated from mi account can be reversed il cme bck with positive review once my money is reversed.

The problem was resolved!! Thank you!

Thank you for your understanding of the subject. I have withdrawn amounts from my account without asking for permission from me, so I was very angry and the assessment, I will evaluate you after a refund.

Reluctantly i am writing this as the company has requested i do so to allow the refund to be made

Avoid this is a total fraud, scam site please don't get caught out

Company has resolved issue by offering refund.
