I ordered a song for my granddaughter from me her grand mother, the song was nice but, they mentioned grandfather , I emailed several times they ignored, I filled a form for correction that did not work. They kept on sending a grandfather to a granddaughter song as the correction. I think forever song is only for men because why did they not change it, so now I cannot use it. when I see there advert I skip it too painful when I see it. If I could delete there advert when it comes up I would. Beware once the money is taken they care less.

I absolutely loved the song they created for my husband. It made us both cry. We were amazed at the quality and personal touches. The song has an amazing sound and the vocals were incredible. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered a song for valentines day for my husband. I paid the money for 1 hour expediting. I got the song in 1 hour but even after I listed my kids age when submitting the info, they have them backwards in the song. They offer 1 remake so I emailed them. The lady says they'd have it back to me in 1-3 Business days which to me was long after paying for expediting but ok. I never got the remake and im on day 4.
Dont use this company, if they mess up, you will not get your remake

I placed an order 3 days before I needed the song as a gift for our 25th anniversary. They sent a song that one (1) word fixed. Because they advertised a 100% satisfaction guarantee, I responded with i love the song, but I need the word "boy" replaced with "girl"
I received a response stating that they would make the change and that I'd receive the fixed version in a few hours. That was 28 hours ago....still no song. Now that I've sent SEVERAL emails to support stating that today is my anniversary and I REALLY need that song, with ZERO response, I'm writting this review. Now I will search for another company and hopefully find one thats HONEST!!!!

Disgusting company.

Send you follow up emails touting a physic service by insinuating that the person you bought the product for is doing something “deeply concerning” and you need to pay to find out what it is.

I appreciated that I was sent a preview of the item before it was printed and shipped! I also appreciate the attention to detail and it turned into a good Christmas gift for my new wife!

10 out of 10 I had an issue and a error on my part I contact them and Emma got back to me right away I explain my issues and my error she took care of it right away and emailed me back with the fix and made sure everything was correct before I received my order very helpful and professional!!!

I ordered the Our Forever Song for a dear friend and her husband, it will be a Christmas Present. The communication with the seller was perfect, my questions were answered in a timely manner. I ordered this as an anniversary present for my wife after seeing a clever ad online. I normally don’t purchase something from an online ad, but this one got me. I still went into it with some skepticism. It does take a full two weeks to get it, but my wife absolutely loved it. Our wedding song meant a lot to my wife and this was a perfect gift. She has used the Spotify app to play the song quite a bit already. I’d highly recommend this.
