Received 6 bottles of rose
Received 6 bottles of rose. 2 different wine houses. 1 wine house is oké but the other... Never tasted a wine wich I disliked so much instantly. I couldn't bring myself to empty the glass an threw it away. Wasn't the tasted of wrongly bottled but just a oily tasted to it. Never again will I buy wine I don't know

Wat jammer dat je ons dat niet gewoon gestuurd hebt. We hebben een don't like it don't drink it policy. Niet elke wijn is ieders smaak. Je betaalde alleen voor de flessen Mousset, dus hopelijk was dat de wijn dat je lekker vond. De flessen Marblu kreeg je er gratis bij, maar neem even contact op en dan kijken we wat we kunnen doen.

When buying a subscription as a gift, it is not clear where you have to fill in your own details and the details/address of the one getting the present. Even if the contact via email was very fast and friendly to adjust the details, the first box didn't end up at the correct address. Not that big of a deal, but I see some room for improvement :)

Thank you so much for leaving a review. There is always room for improvement and we take customer service very seriously. That is why during the whole process we are available by chat and will help whenever possible. Let me explain quickly though, that even though we want to change some of the user experience in check-out, we can't. We're a small business so we don't have a big development team. We work with an amazing platform called Shopify and with a recurring payment platform called Recharge for subscriptions. Those platforms allow lots of customisation and we have already worked very hard on it, but unfortunately we cannot change any of the code in check-out as it is a safe environment. All we can do is explain it as good as possible (which we even do through a Video Ask button). We realise that sometimes you don't always have the time and just want to buy a quick gift, you don't always read the how it works section. Your trustscore and review is very important for our business and influences other buyers whether or not to shop with us. If the next experience is smoothly, I hope we can give you a 5-star experience and you'd consider adjusting your review.
Thank you in any case for your valued opinion, feedback and purchase. Pretty sure your friends will be very happy with their gift. It's usually a winner.

We have a wide variety of wines that may be more to your taste. It is a pity to base your review on 1 bottle.
