This is fraud

This is fraud. I ordered and paid received an order number and this was many months ago now. Every email has bounced back and gone unanswered
I am unimpressed as this is entirely the kind of fraudulent business which gets reputable internet vendors a bad name.
Do not use them there are many others offering a similar product

Possible Fraud

My first order I received in a timely manner - after they made me call back to confirm my address. I have ordered a second time (order #11998) and it has been weeks and I have not heard anything. I tried to email at supportatourcuffs.com and it bounces back saying address undeliverable. I also tried to contact via their online contact us. Am a bit concerned about fraud at this point since I haven’t heard back.

Dnt fall for this FRAUD

This is Ganesh,I placed order on 27th Jan and my order id is 11936
Order was confirmed over email since then I have been trying to reach out to the team but havent heard back about the status of my order.
They stopped replying to my email month ago.
Its big fraud company, don't waste your money on it.

Beyond Terrible

Beyond bad in communication with client. I placed my order on the 24th of May but have heard nothing since. I have been writing to all the email addresses for the past week, as would have expected a notification that it had been dispatched already. I have also written to this McKenzie character who sends his defensive replies here on Trustpilot and also fb messenger but nothing. They appear super professional on their fb feed but it all appears to be a scam. I am just about to cancel my payment with PayPal and report their ads on fb.
*update July* PayPal gave me a full refund. The company did not even respond to them! They continue to email me with special offers !!! I will only order products through reputable companies in the future! Buyer beware.

Frauds

Frauds. Anyone who is not from US and needs international shipping DO NOT order. I have placed an order, they confirmed it, after a MONTH they started to write me that I need to pay extra for them to send my order to EU. I answered that I will not pay because international shipment was already included in to the price. They told me that in such case they will not send it away. I asked for the refund. They agreed and later told me that have sent it. 3 months passed I still did not receive it.

LACK OF COMMUNICATION

I have order from here before and no issue, now when I order for a second time for a special birthday present, radio silence! How does this even happen? Not even a simple update as to what is going on. I am truly disappointed in the lack of customer service and just blatant disregard for the customer. This is suppose to bring special memories not headaches and stress. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND if you want open communication.

Awesome products and service!!!!

I have ordered several items and have received them quickly. They are shipped with a very nice box and cloth bag for storage. I ordered a tennis bracelet, tennis necklace and another bracelet. They are all gorgeous and wear very well. One of the few sites that carries a bracelet in my size, which is a 9". Thank you so much for the great products and speedy service

They scratch easily and start looking cheap

I was so excited to get these bands- I love that you can personalize them. However, I do have issues...unfortunatley. After this experience, I would definitely not buy anything again from OurCuffs or consider making a positive review.

1. They were shipped internatioally and arrived on time with no issue except for the part where I never received free shipping like promised. I had to pay extra after going back and forth with the company on why my items had not arrived. Instead of telling me the issue was the problem, they ignored shipping for a month and it was only after I contacted them that they said I had to pay for shipping. THAT WAS A MAJOR MAJOR SCAM!

2. The other issue is that after about a month of wear, they have a crazy amount of scratches and look very very cheap. The "silver" has worn off and now looks like a cheap piece of poorly done metal.

Be very wary

Be very wary, don't waste your time and money ordering form this company.
I made an order back in January and never got it.
After enquiring about it they are asking me to give them more money to have my items shipped; after over 2 months with no communications from their part!
No apology, nothing. Very poor communication, all they want is your money.
Also they claim to be in the USA when they're in China.
I told them I want a refund and they totally ignored my request.
I left a negative review on their Facebook which they of course deleted like all the other negative reviews and blocked me.
I should have done my research better before ordering form Ourcuffs.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

The mystery of the Cuff

Ordered a cuff on 17th Feb (2021) and nearly 2 months on still awaiting for it to arrive ? Chased with Customer Service who have told me they have chased with the relevant supplier and will get back to me with an answer as soon as they hear back...this was on the 21st March (2021).....needless to say if chased AGAIN today 10th April (2021) with Customer Service! It's not looking hopeful...:(

Ive ordered 2 bangles last March 22 for my best friend’s birthday which is April 7th. I bought it because it says it will arrive on April 2nd and i thought ill have enough time even if it delays.

Ive got the confirmation message but after that i didnt get any updates.
I dont know if they forgot my order or what.

Ive messaged their support team, facebook and instagram but didnt get any reply.

Im very disappointed because i wasnt able to give my gift to my best friend on time.

Ms Mendez contacted me on the 27th of March telling me that I should pay 7$ extra so as to send my order with FedEx. I answered that I want my money back and cancel the order. Since there are no responses to my emails. Really unprofessional service.

Disappointment as no gift for Valentine’s day

****Finally received my order. Happy with the product, looks nice but still will not change my review of my disappointment as this was a Valentine Day present. I ordered on time as per their website and did not received on time****

Pretty much the same as all the below reviews. Order bracelet for my husband for Valentine’s Day. Still haven’t received it.

Takes forever to get reply to my email and only when I state that I will dispute the charges so they get back to me. Finally got a tracking number but no note on when and how it was sent.

Very disappointed as I thought this was a great idea for a gift.

This is a scam

I ordered a package 2 weeks ago and paid for priority shipping. I live in Ohio, the package ended up somewhere in New Hampshire. Ive contacted them, sent them all the screenshots of the tracking number, my shipping address, and everything i could. The only response ive gotten is “i must talk to my in-charge” i originally purchased as a gift for my wife for our one year anniversary, now I’m out $50+ and have an out raged wife who thinks i forgot.

Waiting 4 months now

Waiting 4 months now, over 20 emails, and still no package... In the last email they sent me a phone number and said I should call it. Not my job to chase a package but I did and Fedex said it was destroyed and their request because they could not find my address... The address is correct.
