I just cancelled my previous auto…

I just cancelled my previous auto insurance with another carrier and signed up with Branch. Devon Bronk was very courteous and professional and made the sign-up process very easy to do. Devon explained all information that I needed to know very concise and easy to understand. Just an overall good experience.

Branch Insurance Money Grabbers

Branch Insurance, a relatively new company, undercut most other insurance providers to win your business. While homeowners insurance typically locks you in for a year, they offer auto insurance for just six months. Even without any claims, they'll hike your rates by 25% and assume you're stuck with them. With homeowners insurance, they've raised rates by 25%-35% without claims and employ questionable tactics.

Many police departments don't respond to home break-ins promptly, prioritizing other duties. Homeowners are now tasked with their own security, relying on companies like Ring and Blink (owned by Amazon) for surveillance. While these systems can be monitored and recordings stored in the cloud, homeowners also have the option to keep recordings locally on their digital chip. It all based on the internet and wifi. You know what happens when internet it does not work. These serve as evidence of a breach, and you report to the police, potentially impacting insurance rates.

In this technological age, burdening the police, who may take 20-30 minutes to respond to home burglaries, is unnecessary. There aren't enough officers to address every home burglary, although they do respond to commercial burglaries and armed robberies. Branch Insurance seems to view customers as mere sources of revenue. I cannot in good faith recommend them. They force good people to burden their losses.

Never stop trying

I had a somewhat difficult time trying to find my Account, but after three agents helping me, they found out that they had spelled my last name wrong.(Nickson) . I had a good experience, and great help.👍🏿

Raised from $947 to $1492 no claims but…

Raised from $947 to $1492 no claims but demanded roof be replaced. Then when you have a claim Tammy took two moths to tell me to go kick rocks kept making excuses kept calling me the wrong name too. Then trying to even communicate was a nightmare my agent even said it’s like they don’t want policies anymore.

Devon Brock is terrific!

Devon Bronk is terrific! I worked with her on March 11, and again to resolve my challenges today, April 16. I find that she respectfully listens to fully understand client concerns, she manages client questions and concerns efficiently and effectively, and she speaks well of Branch Insurance!

World Class in Service.

Suzzie was the best insurance agent I've ever dealt with ever. She was very informative, extremely patient and kind. She made sure all the information needed was transparent. I became ill during the process and she was very understanding. She kept me updated on what needed to be done and or submitted. She kept in contact during the entire process. I could go on and on. I deleted the previous review and would like to post a new review. I was very impressed with the customer service I received this week. I was contacted by Branch and was able to get a new policy that suited our needs. Everyone was very helpful, and worked with us to get the info and policy we needed. Very, very pleased with Branch.
