I’m so glad to have a new house

LAST NOV/DEC STATED COVERED....

My experiences with Devon Brook has been great/excellent over the many years I have been with Branch. She has become a virtual family member and we appreciate her much!

Great prices, quick and easy process.

Knowledgeable , kind, fast , explained things so I could understand as a customer.

Beware of this company; they will offer you a low introductory rate and double it the following year. Most people won't notice since it's paid by their mortgage company. It's a shady and disgusting business practice. I feel sick that I was being billed $5500/year and didn't notice for years. Stay far away from this company.

I felt very valued as the agent worked very long and hard to accommodate me and my needs. I have referred this agent to several other people who are in need of finding a better policy.

Monica is an exceptional employee in my humble opinion. I spent my career in retail grocery and gave lectures on hiring and retaining good help. Monica is the kind of employee you keep!

I signed up in early December for auto insurance. It was a great rate and I pre-paid my home and auto for 6 months. A month into it I get a message I am getting charged 10 percent on my auto insurance for not signing up for the tracking device on my car. No one would help me out with removing this charge and it was NOT DISCUSSED AT ALL!!! I am needless to say not happy and will NOT be renewing

Branch is insuring me for loan amount on my home. Necessary for good standing with loan company, enabling me to stay in my home with no issues!

Michelle did great job getting me a great rate on home and auto bundle.

I could not get to the signature page initially. I had to wait until the next day. I haven't read the documents but it's telling me the process is complete.
