Fast and efficient customer service.

Oura customer service is responsive and easy to use.
They communicate until the issue is resolved . Even though it starts with AI help, they refer you to a human as soon as AI can no longer assist. For a wearable, I would not choose any other ring than Oura.

I had an excellent experience with…

I had an excellent experience with their customer service. I ran into an issue with my ring, and they resolved everything in less than a week, which I really appreciated. The only downside was that they weren’t able to ship the replacement ring to the country where I live (Mexico). Aside from that, the service was outstanding—efficient, responsive, and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Oura is the best wearable device on the market by a wide margin! Everything from the customer service, to the app, to the product itself is 10/10! On top of that, it looks a lot better than any smart watch! I can’t say enough good things about Oura!!

Oura after sales service A+

I contacted Oura regarding the gold plating wearing off on my yellow gold Oura ring 4 a few weeks before the 12 month warranty period was due to expire. After interaction with Finn the AI chatbot, my concerns were passed on to a human service agent and I was quickly offered a replacement ring which was great. I was asked if I wanted to change the ring size(which I didn’t) but not offered the option to change the finish of the ring which was disappointing because I don’t really have confidence the gold plating will last any better on the replacement. However, I think the service was great.

Beyond Expectations

I had an issue with my ring. When I contacted Oura about it, I immediately received an email from customer care agent Selina. She was genuinely making the effort to address the issue and make it right with me. I can say for certain that Oura absolutely value their customers and the community that it built. My ring wasn’t holding charge and it wasn’t even a year old. I set up a time for a representative to call. They called on time and was able to address and assist me with my issue. I’m very pleased. He was efficient, professional, and helpful.

Ive always enjoyed having my Oura ring

Ive always enjoyed having my Oura ring. When my gen3 ring died on me I was sad and disappointed. I contacted customer support but really didnt expect anything out of it. Electronic dies, I get it.

My Oura customer experience was the best customer service ever. Their team goes the 7 miles and beyond to help you resolve your concerns.

I was generously offered a free replacement for a newer gen 4 replacement ring and given advice every step of the way. I really didnt expect it. I was also given extra subscription time too. Again, I didn't expect that.

Their team was responsive, kind, and supportive every step. They were also super generous too. I lucked out.

Thanks Oura. Will definitely recommend Oura, for standing behind their product and caring for user experience.

Great product!

After months of pondering, if I should actually purchase an aura ring, I finally decided to pull the trigger. As a flight attendant, my schedule is crazy. The stress levels are all over the place. My sleep is inconsistent. My daily activity is up and down. I decided to track not only at a curiosity, but just for my well-being. I was presently surprised to see how my health is affected by my sleep, activity, stress levels. I was completely impressed about one month and two after purchasing my pink ceramic ring, I started having charging problems. I literally got on my app sent a message by chat, indicating that I was having problems with my ring staying charged, and they immediately asked me to put my ring on the charger and did a diagnosis that indicated that the ring did have a problem and that a new ring for the replacement would be shipped immediately. I received a new ring three days later and just like that I’m back up and running. The most easiest customer service the most easiest replacement with very little downtime. I’m highly impressed with everything with this company and would recommend this ring to anybody that cares about their well-being. Great job.

I used Oura ring for a couple of weeks
I used Oura ring for a couple of weeks, mostly was interested in sleep data. What I found that saturation measurements are absolutely wrong. I'm a respiratory healthcare professional, so I have access to a medical grade equipment and the Oura ring measurements are off by 6-8% of SpO2. This is huge difference, which renders the results absolutely useless! So, I ended up returning the ring. But what I found out later - was absolutely unacceptable - they quietly charged me their yearly membership fee one month since the purchase. I cancelled the membership very same day, but they refused to reimburse my automatic payment. What they actually have as their membership rules is more like some cheap scammer company rather than serious trustworthy business. Would not recommend their product to anyone. Our health is most important, and we don't need some faulty tracker which they charge us quite a lot for.

Exceptional support turned a bad situation around!

My Ring battery started draining fast, and then the charger quit. I was frustrated, but their support team was incredible. I used both chat and email—they were fast, helpful, and "all over it." I wish every company handled issues this well. Highly impressed!

Oura customer service is 12/10.

I've had to write to them 4 times - twice for my ring battery dying quickly after less than a year, and twice because my ring was too big and fell off and was lost.

Every single time, they write back with care, kindness, detail, and genuinely want to help the customer. They listen, try to understand the problem, and provide ACTUALLY good solutions.

I truly recommend Oura to everyone I know because of the technology, but more than that because of the customer service.

Incredible experience & service

I have loved having my Oura ring for the 5 months I've been wearing it. The data and accuracy, as well as the information I get from it, is miles above the AppleWatch I used to wear and the smaller footprint is obviously a huge bonus. The main reason I wanted to switch however, was that I hated having to charge my watch every night because it meant I'd always lose out on sleep data. And charging it in the day defeats the purpose of tracking my activity. Oura solved that... until it didn't. About a month ago, the charge started only holding for about 2 days, then got less and less until I finally felt something must be wrong when it would only hold charge for about 16 hours. I purchased a 3-year warranty when I bought the ring and figured I'd ask about service or replacement. I opened the AI Assistant help chat on the Oura website yesterday (Thursday) at 8:30am. I was just hand delivered a new Oura ring at 1p today (Friday). That is unheard of. Not only was the help chat only two questions, but the speed and diligence to not only replace the ring in full, but deliver it to a new address in a different country less than 24 hours later is astonishing. I couldn't be happier with the customer experience, but moreover, the feeling of 'you have a problem? We'll fix it right away' was with me from the jump.

I'm not a big review person, but this was such incredible customer service that I had to do this one.

I have had my Oura ring for over 4…

I have had my Oura ring for over 4 years now, and I still check my stats daily to see how my body is doing. I can’t imagine being without it! When my battery started fading after 4 years, customer service was quick to answer and was super helpful. I’m sure I’ll be an Oura member for life.

Amazing product but really bad customer…

Amazing product but really bad customer service. I cancelled my membership subscription because I lost my ring and I am still being charged monthly even though my subscription appears as cancelled since November 2025. I have tried to contact the team with little to no help. Very frustrating.
