The boots did not fit

The boots did not fit, they offered me a 60% refund, which I accepted however, I've had no response from them.
Do Not buy from this company unless you have read their returns policy.

Purchase of Trousers

I am a bit reluctant to leave a full review as I have not received the product yet, however the website was easy to navigate and the order process was simple to use, very pleased for now.

Ripped off!!

Ripped off!!! The shirt i bought doesnt look like the shirt in the vintage shirt photo. The design is different such as color, no vintage fading the way the photos shows. Even buttons dont seem to be the same or the inside of the shirt. The shirt looks just like the $10 shirt they sell on TEMU - look it up!!! JUST not the exact color. I feel ripped off and am pissed. Ill give you time to respond why my shirt looks like a $10 temu shirt and not what was in the picture. I paid like $30 for this shirt.

No Return Instruction for a full Refund despite multiple Requests

I bought 2 winter coats for our 8 years old daughter on 10th December 2025. I received them on 27th Dec 2025. They looked very good on the pictures but in reality they are made of very thin and cheap material. I have requested a return for a full refund immediately. They responded on the next day (28th Dec) asking me to keep the items for refund of 60%. I wrote back saying that the items can not be of any use for us/our daughter and requested return instruction for full refund.
Since 28th Dec, I sent another message on 6th arequesting a return instruction for a full refund. I did not receive their response.
I have sent another message today.

This has been a stressful experience and discourage me to look at their website again to shop in the future.

They should allow me to return the items for a full refund.
