quick

quick, easy, affordable. I'm hoping the quality lives up to the images but my expectations are that Ouku will deliver above and beyond.

easy and fast

This company has a variety of beautiful shoes with quality. I plan to return to the site for additional purchases. this company also has a variety of colors that other sites do not have. Kitten heel seletion is available and plentiful.

Very poor support experience

Very poor support experience.
Their system creates accounts without a password if you for example go through PayPal as a guest checkout. Which means you can not access your order. On top of that no order confirmation was ever sent. Multiple tickets opened. No resolution. All just what seems to be AI generated responses going in circles.
