Ouitek 

Purchased 2 booster boxes on 2 separate orders over a 2 day period, 2 days later I was provided with a tracking number, after 3 weeks the tracking number hadn't updated and still no parcels, Contacted Ouitek who to start off with were in frequent contact, they provided me with another website to track my parcels on but this never updated, kept chasing them but slowly over time responses got slower and they ended up ignoring me, after 40+ days of waiting and no responses from them I have submitted my cases to Paypal. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered some pokemon cards from here and they are legitimate, they shipped the order fast. Delivery took around 10 days which isn't too bad. Will use it again for future pokemon orders!

Very fast Delivery (around 10 days), only downside is no tracking for shipping on orders.

DO NOT PURCHASE POKEMON SEALED PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY , IT COMES FROM OVERSEAS AND IS TAMPERED WITH BEFORE SHIPPING , MANY REVIEWS ON AMAZON CONFIRM THIS AND I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM , RECEIVED MY BOOSTER BOX ALREADY OPEN AND TAMPERED WITH , THEN SENT IT BACK TO THEM , WAS TOLD A NEW BOX WAS ON ITS WAY TWO MONTHS LATER IM STILL GETTING EMAILS THAT THEY DONT HAVE ANY IDEA WHATS GOING ON AND IVE JUST RECEIVED A FULL REFUND FROM AMAZON , TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TAMPERED WITH PRODUCTS , DO NOT USE !

My partner ordered a switch for me from Amazon for Christmas.

It didn’t arrive til today, when she ordered it on the 9th. However I don’t believe that fault lies with Ouitek for that,

It was an Amazon choice listing which made no reference that it was coming from abroad.

I contacted them on Facebook for an update and they got back to me swiftly and effectively giving me as much information as possible.

Ouitek send their post for free; the best option from Israel as far as I’m aware. The product arrived new, sealed and in excellent condition. Along with an adapter plug free of charge so it would charge straight out of the box.

As long as you’re willing to wait, you’ll receive a great product.

Item ordered on 8th December 2020. Still not delivered on 2nd January. No contact. Dreadful service

Ordered game on 9th Dec and not due for another two weeks. Won’t use again

Never use again! I will have a very disappointed child on Christmas morning. Ordered over 4weeks ago and still no game.
Poor service.

At first I was worried about this company, the reason the prices are so good is because they come from overseas but don't let this put you off. Other reviews say it took over a month (which it did) but these are Covid times so its to be expected. The items were well packaged and the owner Irit was so helpful in constantly updating me about there location and time scale of delivery. So if youre happy to wait a few weeks for a really good price I 100% recommend Ouitek.

Items good but beware takes bout 5weeks to deliver think they from Israel good communication throughout item tracked by royal mail and price is bout £15 cheaper than cheapest on eBay if you can wait exceptional

Don’t waste your time. Ordered on the 22nd October, postage tracking does not work and order has not arrived. Contacted the seller and they were unhelpful and then stopped replying. Would not recommend, I still haven’t got my money back!

Item takes over a month to arrive still haven't received my order. Customer service team is useless. They just say it will come eventually.

Ordered from them three weeks ago and no info on my package, the tracking number they gave me is useless. Good prices poor service or maybe none existent. I will update in the future if I get my package but if you live in the U.K. I would hold on to your money.

Update, received items that I ordered. Tbh this is a genuine site just takes a long time to get your order. If you can wait a month (If you live in the U.K.) for your order then I would recommend.

Free Delivery Item arrived in great condition. Delivery is a bit slow as it comes from out of England but good none the less for free.

Good prices but delivery is very slow.
Site doesn't advertise the delivery estimates, so was surprised to discover the expected delivery time is 8-16 days when I contacted Ouitek to inquire why I couldn't see tracking information yet.
Items ship from Israel hence the delay.
If your looking for a quick delivery, I would recommend looking elsewhere, if you can wait and want to risk customs delays give them a go.
