UPDATE: Use the chat feature instead of email for a faster response. No one ever responded to my email. The order went to Washington State in error. Tracking number assigned did not start tracking the item until 3 days ago. I was finally able to get help from someone that was able to get the order to me today. They gave a small credit for the inconvenience. The order was originally placed on April 19th, so I am grateful they were able to come in time for the dance. They are so cute and amazed at how much bigger they are in person, but they will be perfect with my dress.

They specially modified their delivery address for me after email so i could order ouders to Finland :3 <3

Shoes are good quality, comfortable and look super cool

I had to choose a different model as EU45 were not available in my first choice. So they emailed me with alternatives. It took a couple of weeks to get here. Very comfortable fit. Possibly too wide for driving safely. Just the alternative look I was going for. Excellent customer service

I love these shoes!! I have two pairs now. They are very comfy to walk in, not bulky, and I can drive in them no problem. I get many compliments on them, usually stating how cute they are.

The shoes are super nice, the logistics is fast, and the customer service is very good. In the future, I will probably buy again.

This was my first order, but reviews looked good. It turns out that what I ordered was out of stock in the warehouse, but they emailed me immediately and I chose a different option. I LOVE these and will back regularly to see what else they've come up with. Beautifully packaged, fast delivery to AUS, and the shoes smell great! :-)

I placed an order, then i reviewed the return policy and decided I wanted to cancel my order. So the same day i ordered the shoes, I sent a message to customer service that I wanted to cancel the order. No response. Now a few days later, I got a notification that my order has shipped.

So happy with the product.

These classic shoes are so comfy, I'm in love! The box was a little squished when they arrived, but the shoes themselves were totally fine.
