The mattress is great

The mattress is great, as expected. This is my second one. The delivery issues have been solved now. The new courier was excellent, and very helpful when they arrived. All good.

Wouldn’t give them one star but zero…

Wouldn’t give them one star but zero isn’t an option.

Had 2 otty mattresses previous bought the new one and paid for the extra service of taking my old one as my partner has damaged his back and thought it would help.
Took the day off work to be here for delivery. Men arrived with 3 pillows instead of 2 and a mattress took the old mattress and said another delivery was to follow. Time slot passed no mattress rang Otty customer service said they’d be in touch to resolve but it wasn’t their fault it was delivery X fault.
No one rang me back and the office closed I email and spoke with AI bot eventually “customer service manager” rang and offered us delivery for next day and £40 compensation. WE HAVE NO MATTRESS not good enough she was rude and refused to let me speak to her boss. Then Michael rang us back who apparently is her boss to offer us £150 again not good enough as I can’t be at home tomorrow can’t take days off when I feel like it. I explained I wanted to cancel the order and have my own mattress returned. They’ve now said they’d can’t give us our mattress back! No understand or care for customer they refused to give us Saturday delivery. Next day hear nothing from them and they close at 12pm all weekend again nothing.
Rang this morning spoke with someone who constantly repeated “I’m not customer service” you work for Otty so help.
How I have been spoke to by Otty’s staff is disgusting I’m appalled and would not recommend.

We’re very sorry for the experience you’ve had, especially being left without a mattress overnight. We understand how stressful that must have been, particularly given your partner’s back injury and taking time off work.
The delivery issue was caused by our third-party carrier removing your old mattress but failing to complete the new mattress delivery. While this was their error, we accept responsibility for resolving it.
As mentioned, our office closes at 12pm on Fridays and reopens at 9am on Mondays, which unfortunately limited what could be actioned over the weekend.
We have reviewed the call you referenced. The team member you spoke to is not part of customer service and explained that the lines were busy. He advised he would pass a message to the team for a callback — which was done. We did not find any evidence of rudeness, but we’re sorry if the interaction felt frustrating.
We offered £150 as a gesture of goodwill. While we understand you requested £400, we were unable to agree to that amount.
We’re sorry again for the disruption caused. If you would like to discuss further, please contact cs@otty.com for the attention of the Customer Service Manager.

Good mattress, aggressive service

Like the mattress. It’s comfortable and good value.

Could have done without the phone call from their customer services team accusing me of fraud and suggesting the police may be called because of a pricing error on their website. A bit rude that.

Easy Delivery

Mattress came in a few days - delivery was good and the guy who delivered was really helpful.
Some of the tracking comms were odd - It appeared that I was getting the tracking for someone else's goods - just a technical hiccough - all ended well though.

Worst customer service ever

I never got to test this mattress out.
I arranged for my old mattress to be collected and taken away. I took a whole day off work to wait for the delivery and collection. The driver arrived and dumped the box on the doorstep. He refused to put the mattress in the room (I had paid for that to happen) then refused to take the old mattress away stating it wasn't on his paperwork. I spoke with customer service who stated that due to an admin issue they would need to collect the mattress another day. The collection was a week later and when they arrived they refused to take the old mattress and instead took the brand new one back.
I spoke with customer services who said they would try to resolve the issue and never did. When I asked what I was supposed to have done they said that we shouldn't have let them take the new mattress and it's now not their problem. No refund and no new mattress. In short I would never buy from this company again they couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery and don't care about thier customers.

The issues you described occurred back in December and were caused by serious failures from Arrow XL, the courier we were using at the time. We experienced similar problems affecting other customers and have since moved away from Arrow XL entirely. We transitioned thousands of items of stock to a new courier, which did cause some initial teething problems, but performance is now significantly improved.
That said, as the retailer the responsibility ultimately sits with us, and we’re very concerned to hear you were left without a proper resolution. Please contact us directly with your order details so we can urgently review this and work to put things right.

Very good and prompt customer service

We bought a really good mattress from OTTY that unfortunately was not suitable for us. We returned it within the 100 days trial period and even though the communication with the team needed a little prompting, we have no complaints at all, from the initial delivery service to emailing the team and final collection and return of the mattress/refund of the purchase. We are confident in OTTY and would likely purchase again.

Bought, returned and got a refund.

The mattess I ordered in October 2025, was Pure Hybrid Bamboo Mattress with Charcoal. The delivery was very quick and efficient.
I hoped this would be the answer to my aching body. Unfortunately, it made me too hot every night, regardless of a cool room with open window. It was quite firm which also caused me a little concern.
January 2026 I requested a return and refund.
The mattress was collected (after a false start) and my refund came through on 11th February 2026.
So I can't fault the service and the only reason I did not give five stars was the fact that it was too hot for me. It may not be for someone else.

Truly the best mattress on the market

I did a bit of research and OTTY was highly commended in independent reviews. It came top for comfort and various other categories, so I thought to try it out, I was a bit dubious that it might be too firm when reading reviews but pleasantly surprised that it's just right! I don't regret it, so much so I've returned another well known brand and ordered an OTTY for another bed.
A quick delivery and a super mattress.
A luxury feel and just the right firmness. No hint of back pain and super comfortable. Definitely buy this mattress and see for yourself! It's cheaper than next leading brands on the market. I recommend the PURE + . Great customer service too, they are cheaper because you deal directly with them.

Love this Mattress

Love the mattress. We both sleep so well. The bedframe quality was good. Love the material and colour of the frame as well as ease of cleaning. We were a little dissapointed with the ottoman frame. As the base is purly a sheet of material that velcro's to the base of the frame. When placing anything of weight in the ottoman the velcro comes away. We are happy with the purchase just not sure the material base is fit for purpose. We have removed the material now and have storage bags with spare bedding that sit directly on the floor.

Great customer service

There were problems with the delivery and we had a deadline to get the mattress in. Michael liaised with me and took the decision to pay UPS to deliver it on time after their regular courier let them down a few times. He also called to update and that was superb customer service. Well done for keeping a customer updated and happy. It was delivered on time.

Mattress is super comfortable and we're sleeping better than ever. Harder to get out of bed in the mornings. There was a problem with the delivery (not Otty's fault) but Otty were really helpful in fixing it quickly.

Excellent mattress terrible delivery

Excellent mattress, shocking delivery company! Originally placed my order in november disnt receive my mattress until 2nd January. The delivery company cancelled on the day 3 times! I had taken days off work and reorganised my days for it then to not turn up

At the time of your order (November–December), deliveries were handled by a courier called Arrow XL. Unfortunately, they experienced significant operational issues over that period, which led to a high number of same-day cancellations and missed deliveries, including yours. This fell well below the standard we expect for our customers.
Because of these ongoing issues, we made the decision to move away from Arrow XL and switched to a new delivery partner in mid-January 2026. Since making that change, on-time deliveries have improved dramatically and the difference in service has been significant.
We’re really pleased to hear you’re happy with the mattress itself, and we’re genuinely sorry the delivery let down what should have been a much smoother experience. Your feedback played a part in pushing us to make that change.
