They are bunch of fraudsters. Their main business is ripping riders with extra charges. All the scooters are very old and always need some fixing on rider expensis. Avoid at all costs.

I had a great experience from the beginning to the end with the entire team (Francesca, Nadeem, Stefan, Dusan etc...)

They are very friendly, efficient, no BS and the moped is high quality. I did ride it for several months without any issues.

I rented the NIU for just over a year. Rare problems were dealt with immediately. Customer service is fast and efficient. Nadeem is a top bloke and great to work with. And the NIU is a great electric moped. I moved on to something else, otherwise I'd still be happily renting from them.

The guys at Otto are great and very quick to respond to our questions. Marco has been very helpful with the whole process and supportive even when I reached out to him with the same questions a few times.

You may not get your full deposit back, and some charges will be added. And no one can listen to you.

An affordable and professional company!! I have tried other flashy companies in London but Otto Scooter by far are most competent and professional. Nadeem and Francesca made it easier by running through the process.

Hi there it’s me Ramez I have rented E bike from this company this is the worthless contract I made in my life i have been scammed by this company it’s was true what I have really heard about this company they not care about customers they just want to make money from people Without any compensation and most of the customers they have the same problem I have noticed that be carful before you sign up for contract 🚳🚳🚳🚳
