Honestly not the best experience, I was very hopeful as it seemed too good to be true, which in the end it seems it may be.
Of the 3 workflows we created for testing, all 3 had significant issues, which required us to reach out to support, who were slow to respond a little blunt at times (quick to blame you and slow to look into things) and took 7 days to fix a very simple issue.
All this has left me feeling like I could not trust this product for client work, as it cannot rely on it to work.
Possibly in time it will improve, for now I would just tread carefully. They are heavily selling LTDs, which as lots in the industry have discovered can mean they get as much money as they can from the product then stop supporting it (this may not be the case but is a red flag for me).
When it works, it works well, but my takeaway for now is for business critical tasks I would stick to Zapier.
