Poor customer service
Took 3 weeks to receive the "cube" bluetooth device. The new version works the same as the old version. So I wanted to return as it's not an "upgrade". Took 6 days to get a response via email because that's the only way to process a return. They offered $10 to keep it when I paid $50. And then if I do return they want a $10 restock fee and I pay shipping. No.
