We had our conservatory doors fitted today by Ian & Chris . Excellent job done,very polite chaps quick workers,and cleaned up perfectly. I'd recommend them to anyone in a flash. We have been treated very well all through the transaction. Thanks very much.

Had a problem with shutting one of our windows that was fitted about six years ago, had a visit from John Capon who was most helpful and resolved the problem in a matter of minutes

John is incredible. My window broke, he was out within an hour and done in 5 mins. 10/10 service and reception is so helpful.

I had all my windows and doors replaced six years ago with Otter windows . The product and service excellent and continues to be. John came around with a replacement handle and fitted it free of charge. I also want to thank Debbie who is always so kind and helpful.

We had two doors fitted yesterday, a front door and a side door into our garage. Right from the start Otter windows have been great. They sent out a very professional man who told us all about their products before giving us a price and ultimately a discount. On the day, Ian and Chris arrived with the doors. They were polite and fitted the doors perfectly. They left the house tidy and offered to take our old doors away. The house and garage both look great and just how we imagined it.

Great experience ! From the initial consultation to the final product. I changed my mind after initial consultation and they re did the quote no problem. The final product has transformed the room. The fitter was friendly and helpful. The office lady very helpful and the sales man not pushy. The price was very competitive as well. Would recommend
