I like how it was fast
I like how it was fast, but their rates are too high, which I feel is a scam. They say they are there to help but yet give you a 3000 payback. How is that helping? And I hate how I have to call them to pay it off and then when they say they will get it. They don't take it out of your bank until the end of the business day Or the next day! I would not recommend them.

Happy/not happy
was happy that i was approved quickly, however i never received my copy of the loan agreement. so i have no idea how many payments i'm making or my interest rates. Also do not have a sign in id to check my account or anything. the site kicked me out right at the point to get those things. so now i'm at a loss they keep taking money and i don't even know for how long. so i'm not happy about that.

This was a very difficult process
This was a very difficult process. I applied Saturday, their system kept glitching, but was able to finally finish, was approved for $1125, signed documents, then according to paperwork, payment was supposed to be made this morning, which I desperately needed with medical situation. I called today and no funds, spoke with two representatives saying that they still had system issues, and "hoped" it would be fixed. Then, on top of that after 2 days of not knowing as they said, they still had a "final " review, they declined it after all that. With income verification and job, fully employed working for a bank myself, this was extremely disappointing. I have screenshots showing approval and amount, signed documents, then suddenly get declined.

Otter Lending was easy to work with
Otter Lending was easy to work with. They helped me get a loan when no one else would give me a chance. It’s super expensive if you don’t pay it off right away, but if you are able to, it’s not bad at all, and there is no penalty for paying it off early. The money was in my account when I got up the next morning.

Very High Interest
My low rating is because I really hate the very high interest rate but other than that the loan was approved right away and I received my funds in my bank account the same day. It took about 10 hours to receive it.
