Very professional and gets the job done.

Eric recently conducted a house inspection for us and was incredibly professional. His attention to detail was remarkable, and he explained everything clearly. We felt very confident in his thoroughness throughout the process. He was punctual and courteous, making the experience stress-free. We would highly recommend his services to anyone needing a home inspection.

I liked how easy it was to make my inspection reservation via the online tool. Eric arrived as scheduled and completed the inspection quickly and efficiently (wearing a bodycam to capture images!).
The only negative was a few extra days (5 days) wait for the final written report - due to an issue with his e-system.
Overall, a good experience and I would recommend.

Eric was so helpful and super resourceful! Very kind and very lovely to work with. Definitely helped us feel like we could tackle our home, espescialy as first time homebuyers. Will recommend to any friend of mine buying a home :)

Eric is very good and detail in his job.

Eric was amazing at walking us through every step of the inspection. He is very thorough with his work and he helped us gain clarity on any questions we had. I would highly recommend Eric for home inspections.

Eric was fantastic at the actual site. We were told the report would be sent in 24-48 hours. Waited 5 days and emailed. No report. Waited another 2 days ad emailed again. Received a reply that same day that it should be done, and be sent that afternoon. Waited 24 hours, no report, emailed again, no reply. Waited 3 more days, emailed, no reply.

Waited another day and said that i would be willing to give them until 8 pm that day to receive the report before I gave a negative review.

A few hours later, I received an email saying Eric had an emergency and was hospitalized, and they were unaware that there was a report pending. They said they could go to the office later that night, but they wouldn't make the 8pm deadline.

I understand that, I said that I would be grateful to receive it the next day without any negative feedback. Due to the delay, we had to write off the inspection cause of our purchase agreement.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and did not write a negative review at that time.

Two days later I recieved a reply from them saying "your file had already been archived" and "our tech guy, is coming by this afternoon sometime and will pull the archive tape which has your file, and he will upload your file, so I should have your report soon for you"

They stated that we would also get a "maintenance guide for your home once he's out of the hospital and functioning again" for free.

Sure, okay, but why wasn't I informed that they couldn't send me the report when they found out?

I emailed them again 20 hours ago and still no reply. I tried to hold off writing the review because Eric knew his stuff and was great to work with, but the fact that we are closing on a house in less than two weeks, ordered (and fully paid) for the report almost 2 weeks ago and were told multiple time we would receive it has dulled the experience.

He took his time and did a great job.

Eric is so knowledgable and wonderful to work with. I recommend him to all my clients. Thanks for always protecting my clients👍🏻

Working with Eric was great, he was attentive, thorough, knowledgeable, and his expertise helped my husband and I (first-time home buyers) make a much more informed decision about the house we were interested in. We ended up walking away from a house that had looked great on the surface after his time, care, and attention helped to identify several issues with the house that would have greatly increased the cost of repairs in the near future. We look forward to working with him again in the future for the next house we find!
