Awful experience when disputing an issue with a landlord as a tenant and would not recommend. Ruth Rauch is one of the worst solicitors ever and will take your money without providing any value. She has more in common with a thief than a legal professional. Someone is building a site for individual solicitors and apparently she will be on there.

Honestly, I can’t thank OTS Solictors enough , especially Maryem Ahmed , she handled my settlement application with exceptional professionalism and expertise . the outcome was successful despite my case was a very complicated case and if it was not for the help of OTS Solicitors the outcome would have certainly been different. big thanks to Maryem Ahmed and her dedicated team at OTS Solicitors for their emotional and professional support.

They have a whole page on their website about debt recovery in London. I called to ask about this service, a very rude receptionist answered the phone and told me they don't offer their service. Clowns!

The solicitor did not inform us that we would need a barrister for county court (which actually you don’t, I have since realised) and that this would cost in the region of 11K when our claim was only for 10k so it was never a viable option. This resulted in all our communications with a rogue landlord being null and void for the most part, as we could never follow up with what we were saying we intended to do. Terrible communication and obviously a terrible strategy. Very unimpressed. In addition, the letters written were often both factually incorrect and littered with spelling mistakes (one letter even got our names wrong?!), which we had to point out. Thought these people went to school? Clearly not. Avoid.

We have a worest experience with OTS, the solicitor (M.A) who has doing the consultation with me tried to finalize the meeting as fast as she can without making the issues clear enough, i asked her (M.A) to send me an e-mail with meeting bullet points and till date after 3 months i am still waiting after sending frequent reminders. They wasted 3 months on me to make a fateful decision in my family's life.. OTS is only interested in collecting consulting fees.

I have been working for the past year or so with Behzad Sharmin from OTS Solicitors on my divorce matter; and while a divorce is usually never a fun experience, Behzad has endeavoured to make the whole experience as professional and as pleasant as humanly possible.
