Some weeks ago I ordered some products from OTCFORYOU via Amazon. Having heard nothing I contacted them for info.
They apologised, sent the items within a week AND ALSO refunded my money in full.
We all make mistakes but I reckon this is the way to solve them. Well done.

What customer service???
"About 2,5 months ago I ordered several items from Otcrx4u.com. Only half of what I ordered was actually delivered. It was all on the packing list, but not in the parcel.
I sent them 6 (!!) e-mails, but up until today no response.
I live abroad so it is not easy to just pick up the phone and give them a call.
They don't even deserve 1 star...."
