I ordered so many things from O’tay in…
I ordered so many things from O’tay in the previous year, but in this order i was a little disappointed with the items i got. Not enough to bother to ship them back, but not love at first sight/first try either. I keep experiencing that the clothing runs small, and everything i order is always very short in length- even though they are supposed to look loose and longer on the model as stated in the description, and i buy my size according to the size chart.. I really wish they would expand their sizing a little, and when items are designed to be «oversized» or loose fitting, maybe adjust the sizing so that when I buy my size it will actually be oversized…
I will probably buy from them again, because i love the quality of the clothing, and the softness of the sweaters, but I’ll have to stick to certain specific models which is a bit boring. I also wish more items came in red and burgundy, and solid black.

Good, but slow carrier

Racist to British customers
I would give this brand 0 stars if I could. They seem to have an issue with UK customers because when my PA asked on instagram if they ship to the UK, their response lacked professional or they just ignored her entirely (twice). When I raised the matter on tiktok, they quietly deleted my question without giving me any reason or apology for their rudeness. It's a shame I can't attach the screenshot of the interaction. Nevertheless, as far as I'm concerned, this brand has a personal racist issue against British people.

Quality excellent, returnprocess very disappointing
Dress is really nice, but returnprocedure is not very friendly. Getting a return label was quite a challenge. Then I sent my returnitem back on October 5th and haven’t yet received any confirmation whatsoever. Since it’s October 15th I think that’s rather disappointing. So; quality of the goods is excellent, but I’m not sure if I would order again.
Update October 23, 2024; after this review on October 15th, I got a really fast reaction from O’tay that my refund had been processed. Today the amount of my refund still is not in my credit card account. Also had to pay € 20,- for return shipment.
Very disappointed in the whole process. Think that was my last order.

All the pieces were beautiful and exactly like on the pictures. The pointelle set is very soft and airy, perfect for scandinavian summer. I ordered size XS for both, I usually wear XS-S.
