I recently ordered the Moshu Tensai Art Book from this store and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. The book was hard to find, but the store had it in stock and the price was very reasonable. The delivery was fast and I received tracking information as soon as the book was sent. The packaging was excellent and the condition of the book was perfect upon arrival.

I am extremely thankful for the fast and hassle-free delivery process. If I ever need to purchase something from Japan again, this store will be my first choice. I will definitely order from them again and highly recommend them to others.

Overall, I would give this store a 10 out of 10 rating. My friend is going to be thrilled with this Christmas present and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible experience. I wish I had looked up reviews before ordering from this website. I had to wait a month to receive the item I ordered and when it did finally arrive, it was so poorly packaged that it arrived damaged. I tried to contact customer service for a refund but their customer service is a complete joke. There are 4 ways, that I have found, to try to contact someone. 1: Submit an inquiry on their customer service page. Result: It kept saying "ERROR. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER". 2: Call the customer service number. Result: All it did was ring for two minutes. Three: There is a chat button on the customer service page. Result: It says "WE ARE CURRENTLY OFFLINE. PLEASE LEAVE US A MESSAGE". 4: Send an email to the provided customer service email address. Result: It's going on three days now and I have sent multiple emails, with pictures, and have yet to get a response.
Verdict:
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. YOU WILL BE SCREWED OVER!!!

We ordered an art book. Package came with an international track-n-trace number and arrived in pristine condition. The book was properly protected during travel, which is more than I can say for many companies.

I will order from this place again and feel confident the package will arrive without issues or damages to the product.

Excellent service. I ordered the soundtrack for Yakuza 6 from them on a Friday night and by noon on Tuesday it was at my house. To top it off, they packaged the CD incredibly well. It was elevated away from the sides of the box and secured in place, while also having padding around all sides. I will definitely be giving them my business again if I ever need to import a CD again.

Yo bro I ordered this hoodie back in October. We’re at December and I still didn’t get my product. I’m gonna dispute it I gave you cykas numerous chances and you messed up. I dont know why this site has so many bad reviews. Ordered an Artbook through their ebay store and it arrived in perfect condition just 3 days after ordering to switzerland. Great shop will buy again there.

Very dissatisfied, I received the wrong article on 10/01 in my ORDER NO order. # 2593. After discussions with their teams for a replacement, I have been waiting for the right product since 22/01 and have no answers to my many messages ! I do not recommend at all !!!

My friend has had a very disgusting experience with this company. My friend had ordered a manga from this company and I reassure you my friend double-checked that the website was called 'otaku.com'. When he ordered it, the delivery took 4 months, and the book wasn't even the right volume. He contacted the service and they never responded at all. This service may or may not be a scam but if you are going to be buying from this company then go with your instincts and hope you get the right thing you ordered, and don't go to this website if you want to buy a present for someone, I assure you that the delivery will take months and won't arrive in time. What makes this even worse is that they are giving out sales to people who responded well to their company. Making people want to review well about them. And they attack those who review them badly. This is not what should be done and I am also going to call this company out for incentivising people who have reviewed them well which will risk more people falling into the same cycle as my friend did, so please beware of this before considering this website.

Order a pair of shirts back in April of this year. Not only did not get my order. But I got ignored and never contacted about my order.
Never will I ever shop at this site again and will be actively informing everyone of their business practices

Total rip off lack of communication don't waste your money

I ordered an XS Spider-gwen hoodie. It was nearly 2 weeks until I get a confirmation/tracking email until I emailed them myself and asking about this. That’s when someone told me they are processing the order and I had to wait for about a month since it’s made to order. Which was fine. And when I finally recieved it, I was sent a M size and because I have a small figure, this was too big for me.
Seeing as how maybe a S would suit me, I emailed them about the wrong size I recieved and asked if I could get a S instead. I emailed the guy ‘Zach’ about this and it took him a week to reply back. He apologized for it and said they have no stock of S so that’s why they sent me an M even if I initially requested for an XS and the fact that the website didn’t mention that S/XS sizes are sold out.
It’s been a week since I was in contact with the guy and I still am waiting. I mentioned that I am open for this to be replaced and that I dont mind waiting for another month. I just dont want to waste the money. It’s just a disappointing service especially coming from a website that promises 100% satisfaction guarantee. (This is why I don’t shop online for clothes)
