High quality products, reliable service, great lads
Have been buying ties from them for about five years now. Great customer service and quick delivery (I live in Melbourne's inner west). Would probably try crossing the Yarra for a pickup next time. Ties are great quality, amazing colours and selection. What you see on the website is what you get.

Awesome ties
Awesome ties! I am definitely getting more! I was searching online to get ties but I needed the tie to be wide. I cane across in some but weren’t the ones I want. Until the Otaa site popped on my page and saw the ones I want.

Fantastic Experience from Start to Finish
I had a great experience with OTAA and the cufflinks I ordered. Customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful when my order was taking longer than expected—they quickly provided tracking information and kept me updated without me even having to chase them down. Everyone I interacted with was so kind and professional. The cufflinks are beautiful, and the overall experience was even better. What a fantastic company!

Poor experience with OTAA
Shirt material was good however sizing recommended by OTAA website was incorrect. I ordered 3 shirts and they didn't fit me. Gifted them to a friend, probably won't be using OTAA again.
