Customer service is non existent
Customer service is non existent. I complained as I huge fan of their beers.
The response was one of nobody else has any issues so please see refund policy. Yes I was outside my 14 days but please,,,,, we are drinkers of your beer and have been for many years. To refund me £33 as a company would have gone miles. But instead they declined,as we need to accept the goods….. even though it was horrible.
Unbelievable and I wont be drinking their beer anymore!
