While there were slight delays in development, as is common in projects of this nature, the company demonstrated adaptability and fully embraced necessary changes.

Professional approach to software development. Well prepared storyboard and use of Jira from the beginning. Daily updates and dedicated project manager followed the project from start to finish.

I have been working with web developers for over 15 years and without doubt this company is the most unprofessional development team I have ever been misfortunate enough to encounter.

Anyone looking for a reliable and professional development team should stop talking to this company immediately.

The project they started for me was delivered incomplete 14 months after agreed and when they sent the source code it was full of bugs to try and make me reliant on them to keep working with them.

All I can say is I wouldnt reccomend this company to my worst enemy, slwo to reply, poor quaklity work and -10 out of 10 for customer service and professiona development skills.

Seriously choosing this team would be the worst decision of your life and a total waste of time and money

this company are great they developpe casino game for our company they work with professional tools and developpers

They have done two projects for us now that are intertwined. The DEX has been and looks amazing. There are tons of minor details that I kept wanted them to incorporate and the dev team did so. The dev did a great job as well with backend integration.

Wonderful Great Experience with this company they completed our utility services along with crypto project as we requested design.I like this company servicewith developer supports.

We have had multiple things build by Osiz and it has been a terrible experience from taking weeks for them to deploy simple services and the project managers lying to us non stop.

Many of their staff which we have interacted with are under skilled to the point where we are practically doing there job for them and they lie about what they will and wont provide you.

They also try to force your hand into staying with them by never giving you the full keys to the systems that you purchase from them so you have no option but to use them.

Most of their positive reviews are fake or from their staff of family members but I would stay away from them as they are a terrible to work with and you cant trust them as far as you throw them.

We have bought multiple products from them and every time was exactly the same (fool on us yes, we thought building a relationship would help but it did nothing they dont care about their customers just draining money from them).

Dont waste your time look elsewhere and save yourself the headache!

Yes you wont find this email on your database I have purchased both your original and new re-written exchange and I dont want to provide you more information at this point as im still trying to get all the information your deployment team promised me from them that they refuse to supply to me or magically dont understand what I am asking for when it comes time to deliver on what they promise.

They then hide behind saying our company policy says it needs to be done a certain way and when I then follow the process they said needs to be followed, they then stop responding and STILL dont provide what they said they would.

Its just sad as honestly I would of preferred that we where able to partner up long term as your products are usually ok but your teams and "company policy" have just made it impossible to work with you or trust you.

I hope you can resolve this and begin to learn that you cant try to force people to use your service by not giving them access to what they have paid for and trying to force them to pay for an ops team member, and that if you treat your customers well then you wont need to behave like every customer will only be a single transaction customer trying to force them over a barrel.

Also asking customers for positive reviews before your really start the project to then deliver rubbish service at the end but still use their positive feedback is not really a great practice, you should be asking for feedback at the very end to see what your customers really think of your service, not gaming the system to get the response you want to trick more people.

Response to me being your competitor:
That is a nice attempt to deflect the bad behaviour of your company, here let me provide you a little bit more information to prove that im not a "competitor".

All your comm's is done over skype to your customers and when your teams post ssh keys into the chat while setting up access to on prem servers they leave them in chat for about 60 seconds until the delete the the messages.

Your team also rents temporary VM instances from places like Vultr to handle deployments so they are able to setup static IP's while connecting to customer systems.

I doubt these are things people who haven't worked with your teams would know.

"As like your statements, We dont use Vultr Instances, We dont reommend it to anyone of our customers, May be if customers prefer it, We advising them don't use vultr instances."

If this is the case then you may need to have a chat with your team because Skype user "Osiz Admin - live:serveradm........" made it very clear that you are using Vultr instances to connect to customer accounts which is a pretty BAD security practice.

"Its not good stuff to show. If you are a real customers, you can reveal your identity and get solved your problem instead of posting this way"

I have tried to speak to your team COUNTLESS TIMES and they dont help OR just stop responding when I ask them to provide the information that they promised me, so unfortunately Osiz Technologies has left me with no other option but to post up reviews about how terrible my experience has been and how people should avoid using your companies at all costs.

If you can fix your internal problems and start delivering everything that you promise and I see that filter down through my project without you knowing which one it is then I will remove my negative reviews until then this review stands as this is my current experieince.

Tried to contact your account managers COUNTLESS times and nothing happens, also looking at the other 1 star reviews on this page I know I am not the only one facing the same issues.

We contacted Osiz Technologies for our web 3d configurator and ecommerce development. The team was very professional and submitted the work requested, with also very satisfactory customer service.
Pros :
Customer service. Available during working hours to solve problems, also at the final stage.
Value for money. They answered all the requests and add much value to the project.

The company is competent and have good connection or enough personnel with different specialization hence enjoy ability to develop and deliver any project they take up. We gave them one phase and they’ve performed veer well. We look forward to rollout phase II development of which we have already reviewed fully. Only initiation of the development is left. We believe in the team capabilities to satisfy our start up project.

OsizTech are well versed in both website and development. So far so good, after various projects we have completed together I can say with all conviction that this team is a great partner that any serious minded developer in the field of crypto/blockchain development would love to work with. Keep it up guys.
