Impossible withdraw!

Waiting for almost a week and no news they are just taking time and not providing any info.

Oshi casino confiscated money from me I claimed a bonus OSHI75 completed wagering and withdrew 1500.  After a 12 hour or so waiting period I get a email stating;
We have to inform you that the bonus you've been playing with has the maximum win amount. According to our bonus terms, your balance has been corrected due to the maximum win amount.

Nowhere can I find the T&C stating this about that bonus I thought it was like all other casinos and you just needed complete the wagering amount.

They obviously change the rules as they go.  Two weeks ago I claimed a OSHI70 bonus and withdrew 2300 it took 3 days but I did receive. 

I'm closing my account with them and wouldn't recommend them not to mention the verification process is brutal.

The casino broke its own terms and conditions and then cancelled my deposit bonus after 24 hours. Taking 500e from my account without any warning.

The casino provided the reason after that the term "otherwise stated" in the terms and conditions is a catch all that makes it ok not to provide any terms and conditions for a bonus.

I received this bonus directly from the oshi website.

The oshi casino claims that although I used the terms and conditions from their website to direct my actions i should have gone to a different website owned by a different company to find the correct terms and conditions.

When doing that it shows that i have 7 days instead of 1 day to gamble 60x my deposit.

The casino does not care and admitted as much. They confirmed that they would not check or provide any terms and conditions. Saying they are not legally required too because the phrase "otherwise stated" covers anything they so choose.

I pointed out that using their own logic and terms and conditions on their website, it was not "otherwise stated" anywhere and although they agreed, they said it does not matter.

My complaint first is that giving 24 hours for 60x rollover of deposit is extremely unethical. Forcing people to gamble larger than they are comfortable with.

My second point is that they never informed me of the very very unusual terms and conditions and claim they have no legal responsibility to do so.

I can clearly show in their own terms and conditions using their own argument that I followed everything to the letter.

All in all extremely unethical company who have no qualms stealing from players accounts and providing no terms and conditions to make it ok.

EDIT: After clearly pointing out to the casino they were in the wrong, they returned 300e of the 500e with renewed rollover conditions.

Returning half the money stolen and refusing to speak to me about it makes 0 sense.

If you are going to return stolen money then return all the money.

This casino was recommended by Wizard of Odds so I thought they were legit. They will take a deposit with no problems, the games also appear fair, BUT when you go to withdraw, I tried over 9 times, fulfilled all their KYC requests, they froze access to my account, said they would manually send the funds.
I thought for sure the money was gone..
UPDATE: to my complete surprise they paid me after 14 days, so maybe, their accounts dept are just a little slow.
