misleading advertising
I placed an order so I could receive all the available offers.As the word itself implies, it is an offer; when you want to give something or do something to give, you shouldn't have to add it [to the cart]. However, I didn't receive the offers because I didn't add them to the basket—yet, as the word itself suggests, an offer is about giving, not adding!
