NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE PLEASE DONT USE THEM UNLESS THEY USE THEIR OWN TRANSPORT TO COLLECT. Booked a Dedicated shipment to be delivered on 48 hours commitment. But took 5 days to deliver. OSE sent their own driver to collect but driver broke down. Then sent a third party driver to collect who was just 250 kms away but took nearly 6 hours to collect. it was collected on Monday from Spain and till Friday night Driver was in Europe only. every day OSE only gave 2 updates a day which is we tried to call the driver, he is not picking so we emailed them.
Unable to deliver on commitment is blamed on customs paperwork delays, held by customs , driver ran out of hours as he has driven too much. People at OSE are very helpful but they hardly have any information. in last week we did 2 dedicated loads from Europe and guess what they were delivered before this SPAIN to UK shipment. Once in frustration we said to them we will not pay you for this shipment. then they sent me an email and demand for upfront payment or else they will no deliver and take the goods to their warehouse. I dont want to say OSE is very bad but they are not good either.
