Building a new engineering team in Quebec, Canada, in the electric vehicle engineering space, at a time where most companies in the field are expanding, proved to be harder than expected, and our internal talent acquisition team had to reach out for help. We worked with a number of partners BRP had used in the past but only Mitch and his team consistently delivered candidates that met our expectations. For that, they searched through Canada, but also most of Europe, producing high quality candidates from unanticipated places, such Eastern Europe.
