Adrienne was fantastic! Her communication was superb also- that’s critical while you’re in another country! She listened to our wants and desires for what we wanted our trip to look like, and exceeded our expectations!

Adrienne could not have been more helpful or accommodating! She was always available and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and was extremely flexible with the trip itinerary and options. I absolutely love that ROAM works with the local businesses! You really get a better travel experience.

Adrienne helped immensely with our honeymoon planning and booking process. On our initial call, she offered experienced and professional advice on destinations and put together a selection of customizable options tailored to our likes and dislikes. Once the itinerary was set, however, there was still flexibility and Adrienne was able to accommodate our desired changes even a few days before we were set to depart. ROAM were thorough in gathering all the necessary information prior to the trip and we're happy to say everything went off without a hitch! Transitions between stays were seamless, the accommodations were well up to standard, and we had a most perfect trip full of the adventures we wanted! Thanks to ROAM we didn't have to think about sorting out logistics and could focus on just having the week of our lives. We will be back!!

Our honeymoon was so well planned out and organized that when we got there we had no worries about anything! All our travel, hotel stays, and excursions were all planned & scheduled to a T. Such a smooth and relaxing trip!

Adrienne/ROAM was so easy and fun to work with, she knew exactly what kinds of activities we would enjoy and built our itinerary was just enough down time to not feel overwhelmed! She was very easy to access if we had any questions, and we didn’t have any hiccups with any of our transportation, meals, or activities. It was the perfect honeymoon!

Adrienne and her team went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic honeymoon in Guatemala and Belize. When comparing to other plans from companies we found they had unique options to stay on and they were priced very competitively. The little surprises throughout the trip also made it very special. In terms of communication - are questions were always answered very quickly despite booking from the UK.

Absolutely, 1000%, would recommend this company. I have been on plenty of vacations but none were like this. I didn’t have to plan anything, I told them what I was hoping for in the trip and they took care of EVERYTHING. While on the trip, there were a few mishaps due to weather (nothing to do with ROAM at all) and they completely solved it for us and made sure we were taken care of. I cannot recommend ROAM enough, absolutely incredible.

I had reached out to Adrienne with about a month left until our honeymoon with zero plans or ideas where we wanted to go. Adrienne met with me via zoom call to discuss what our likes and dislikes
were, the budget and anything that we wanted to do while we were away. The whole process from Introduction to payment was simple and easy. We got lots of material and information to read and we got to customize the itinerary to exactly how we wanted to spend our honeymoon. The hotels that we recommended to us were absolutely incredible. If you are an overwhelmed bride that wants to plan a luxury honeymoon or someone that just doesn’t feel like planning their own vacation. I definitely recommend reaching out to this country for your central in South American travels.

The trip was amazing and well planned out. Adrienne was also very easy to get into contact with and always helped out with any issue we had during the journey. She also was great in helping plan the trip as she asked what we preferred/what we were looking for and curated a perfect honeymoon for me and my wife!

We went on a family vacation with grandparents and grandchildren. Everything was scheduled perfectly and the local hotels were more than willing to accommodate any changes in our scheduled outings for the day based on personal preferences.

We booked our honeymoon to Costa Rica with Adrienne at ROAM, and cannot say enough incredible things about her and her company. It was truly the trip of a lifetime, and she made it so easy for us throughout the planning process and while we were there. She set up a call with us to make sure she made the trip exactly what we wanted, and she was very helpful in making changes to the itinerary all the way up until we left. We will be recommending all of our friends and family to Adrienne and ROAM, and will certainly be using her ourselves in the future.

What an exceptional experience. As a traveler, you spend most of your time seeking operators who can offer that unique experience while at the same time showing an intrinsic knowledge of what's on offer. Anthony delivered on our Lost Mines and Ancient Pines tour what all great tour operators should do, excitement and engagement for the experience along with a deep seated love of the environment and the beauty of the special place he works in. Adrienne is very knowledgeable about the areas we travelled to, and was patient while we were asking her questions and decided to postpone our honeymoon to save money. I messaged Adrienne twice while on vacation, and she responded immediately.

The first time was related to an inconsistency between the itinerary and actual excursion, and she called the excursion company immediately to ensure they provided the service that was agreed upon and paid for (which they did). The second time was due to a medical incident that occurred while travelling - Adrienne provided support and wanted to be kept up to date in case she could help.
The only remotely negative thing I can say is that our itinerary did not include details that I would have found useful (i.e. excursion and taxi companies).

We had a beautiful nine day honeymoon in Costa Rica planned by Adrienne at Roam Wild Travel. There were a few hiccups with pick up times on the itinerary but for the most part everything went incredibly smoothly. Every day was scheduled with fun adventures. We specifically loved rafting with Desafio rafting company and relaxing at Tabacon hot springs. Adrienne was attentive to our emails while we were in Costa Rica. It was a trip full of unforgettable memories and very little stress since it was all planned out! Thank you Adrienne and ROAM!
