I'm so happy this is the best steamer I ever had. It also has been delivered faster than estimated which makes me even more happy. I use it mostly to make sourdough bao buns or to steam veggies.

I ordered a Sake set from them and wasn’t happy with jt
They sent me a free returns label immediately upon request and refunded my money within hours of receiving the returned goods
Can’t fault that level of service
