The product arrived in perfect shape, though I seem to have been unlucky, it took more than a year to arrive!
I was in no rush this is all just a figurine, mere decoration, but still, hence the 4/5 stars

Allen is the assistant in charge of all my orders and i can honestly say it’s an absolut pleasure to work with him and with Orzgk in general. The figurines are always in perfect condition and if there is damage due to the delivery Allen will gladly assist with all his knowledge.

Fantastic customer service. My representative (Allen) was very knowledgeable about everything I wanted to ask, even if it wasn't directly related to my order. Plenty of shipping options for any price range, and the product arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely be doing business with them again!

I have pre-ordered the Ye Shunguang by Hakimi Studio figure back in January and it is safe to say that once she arrived, she looked amazing, everything was perfect and she was completely intact upon opening the box for the first time.

Overall she feels very solid and the quality from the paint to the minor details is absolutely stunning and amazing, whilst also feeling durable once put up together.

My personal assistant for this order has been Ella and she has been super nice, clear and very straight forward with everything since the first time I placed my order all the way to going through the shipping process and eventual arrival of the figure.

Will definitely use again when I’ll decide on my next figure!

I got a really good deal on a very nice Eva-01 model kit and the assistant Allen was super communicative and helpful in answering all my questions about shipping and delivery times. I highly recommend them, their products are great and their customer service proactively fixes any issues that may arise.

I ordered several Attack on Titan resin figures and I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. The resin feels durable, and everything arrived in perfect condition thanks to the secure packaging. Shipping was fast, and the Assistant Allen was friendly, responsive, and always willing to answer my questions. Gave me the option to choose full price or down payment for the pre-order. They kept me updated on the status of my pre-order, by showing proof of in their warehouse. And also responded quickly to emails when I sent them as needed.
Delivery was quick and smooth. They also had the breakdown on what the price and time length would be for each Delivery option. Not only that but the statue was in great condition. The only issue would be a manufacturer problem and it's just with one of the small fabric pieces.

Besides that everything was great! I wouldn't mind ordering from them again if I were to buy another figure!

I asked them when they were going to ship my order 2 months after i ordered and they told me i was gonna have to wait about 3 more months. I then asked for a refund and they agreed if they kept the deposit. However since it was their fault i didnt agree to that and opened a dispute on paypal. Now the really suspicious thing comes.
They asked me to cancel the dispute and then they would refund me. This is a common scam tactic, i showed the emails to paypal and almost immediately got refunded. I would stay away from them as that behaviour is highly unprofessional.

I pre-ordered a columbina plush a while ago and it finally arrived !! It's in perfect shape and i adore it !! Wish there were more updates regarding preorders but i don't think they could do anything about it. Regardless, they have been so patient and understanding with me and i'm glad i ordered here !! Lucy and allen especially helped a lot Will look foward for other products

This is my second order with ORZGK, and I’m already planning my third. My first purchase was a pre-order for the Astarion figurine in 2024, and my second was for the Vi figurine from Arcane in May 2026.

Both times, my assistant Ella was absolutely fantastic. She responded quickly to my questions (including a stock check for Vi), helped resolve a payment issue without any hassle, and kept me updated throughout the shipping process. With Astarion, the pre-order period was long, but I never once felt worried — Ella kept everything transparent and reassuring.

Having had a poor experience with another company before, I truly appreciate the personal, caring approach here. It makes all the difference.

Both parcels arrived in flawless condition, and the figurines now have pride of place on my shelf.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliability, great communication, and genuine customer care.

I have purchased 14 figures from OrzGK since last year (13 safely received, 1 still on pre-order). Having tried 7 different GK stores in total, I can confidently say OrzGK is on top of my list. They have fast communication, and most importantly, their shipping costs are transparent and very reasonable. Many other stores lure you in with low figure prices only to hit you with ridiculously inflated shipping fees, but OrzGK does an honest business.

All my orders arrived perfectly, except for one recent issue where a studio accidentally sent me two boxes of bases instead of the actual character figure (1/20 scaled size Pokemon Red figure). However, the customer service was excellent. Allen was incredibly helpful and patient, communicating with the studio and following up constantly until I safely received the correct replacement figure.

Highly recommend OrzGK for their honesty, and huge thanks to Allen for the great support!

Review of Orzgk (HIGHLY RECOMMEND)

I had recently purchased a resin statue from OrzGK and although I was concerned at first the entire process was stress-free.

The Statue itself arrived undamaged. The packaging inside and out was incredibly secure, ensuring that all pieces were well protected during transit overseas.

Additionally, the team memeber who handled my order was phenomenal. Lucy not only answered all my questions as a new customer, but also never made me feel left "hanging" waiting for a response even with the time zone difference.

So, between the quality of the statue, the care that was put into packaging, and the teams customer service OrzGK has definitely earned me as a continuous customer.

Exactly what I wanted and no issues during order process or delivery just took awhile cause they obviously needed to make to.

Ordered 2 figurines from the website, both on pre-order, never had an issue with during any phase of the product, the assigned assistant mailed when the product was released and everything was delivered properly within the ETA given. The goods arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend ordering from them, will for sure order more stuff in the future!
