However, absorbent underwear is not intended to be worn continuously until full saturation, especially in cases of heavier or repeated leaks throughout the day.

As with any absorbent protection, changing regularly remains important to maintain comfort and dryness over time. Individual usage conditions, leak volume, and frequency can also significantly affect the experience from one person to another.

First of all, we completely understand that severe incontinence following prostate cancer can present challenges that are very different from those experienced by customers with light or moderate leaks. While our current Ultra Absorbent boxer works well for many men, there are situations involving very heavy urinary loss where a higher level of protection may be required.

Disposable products such as Depends contain superabsorbent gels and are designed as single-use products. Reusable underwear relies on a different technology, which is why the performance can vary depending on the volume and frequency of leaks.

Your feedback is particularly valuable because it highlights exactly why we have been working on a new product for several months. We are currently preparing the launch of our Maximum Absorbency boxer, specifically designed for men with severe incontinence. This new model offers approximately twice the absorbency of our current boxer and is intended for customers whose needs go beyond what our existing range can provide. It is already available for pre-order on our website.

We are also sorry to hear about your experience with the additional pad. Feedback like yours helps us continue improving both the design and functionality of our products.

First of all, we would like to sincerely apologize for the delay you experienced. You are absolutely right that waiting more than two months is frustrating, especially when you were expecting a much faster delivery.

Unfortunately, during that period we faced unexpected stock shortages on some of our most popular sizes, which affected a number of customers. Rather than cancelling orders, we chose to wait for replenishment shipments so that customers could still receive the products they had originally selected. We understand that this was not the ideal experience, and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

That said, we truly appreciate your honesty in acknowledging that the product itself performed well and met your expectations once received. Feedback like this confirms that we are moving in the right direction with the product, even though we clearly needed to improve our inventory management and delivery times.

Unfortunately, in the past we experienced numerous cases where products were returned after use, which led us to strengthen our policy in order to protect both our customers and our staff.

Regarding Alice, there is nothing unusual about seeing her name frequently in reviews. Alice is one of the members of our customer service team and handles a large number of customer inquiries every day. As a result, many customers naturally mention her by name when sharing their experience, whether positive or negative.

We are a real company serving thousands of customers every year, and we always strive to be transparent about our products, policies, and customer support. While we understand that our policy may not have been what you hoped for, it is intended solely to maintain the highest hygiene standards for all customers.

We understand that our return policy may not be what every customer expects. However, over time we experienced a significant number of cases where products were returned after having been worn. Because we manufacture and sell intimate garments designed for people living with incontinence, hygiene and customer safety must remain our highest priority.

For this reason, we made the decision to refuse returns once products have been opened or handled. This policy helps ensure that every customer receives products that are brand new, hygienic, and safe to wear.

Regarding the appearance of our boxer briefs, the absorbent area is intentionally thicker than regular underwear because it contains the layers required to provide effective protection against urinary leaks. This additional protection is what allows the product to absorb and retain moisture throughout the day.

That said, if your needs involve only occasional light leaks rather than moderate or heavy incontinence, our Light Leaks boxer may be a better option. It is specifically designed for men who experience small leaks from time to time and features a much thinner absorbent lining, making it look and feel much closer to traditional underwear while still providing discreet protection.

We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to develop products that meet the different needs of men living with urinary leaks.

Because our products are intimate garments, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn or tested. In the past, we did accept returns of unopened pairs, but unfortunately we received a significant number of returns containing products that had already been worn. For hygiene and safety reasons, we made the decision to strengthen our return policy to protect both our customers and our team.

Our priority is ensuring that every customer receives brand-new underwear that has never been worn. We believe this is the safest and most responsible approach for everyone.

Regarding your experience with the product itself, it is possible that your level of incontinence requires a higher absorbency than our current model provides. We are currently preparing the launch of a new maximum-absorbency boxer specifically designed for heavier incontinence. This new model offers approximately twice the absorbency of our current version and is already available for pre-order on our website.
