Absolutely LOVE each of the 3 dresses I purchased!! The fabric is so incredibly soft, the fit flattering and the colors amazing. I will definitely be a return customer!

I took XXL and everything fit as expected. The quality is good and everything arrived within 2 weeks. I will be buying agains.

These articles of clothing are SO NICE! The material is soft and of high quality. I LOVE the tee and the blouse-which I will wear to work, and can't wait to wear the dress this summer. Buying stuff on-line is risky, but now I know I can depend on the quality at Orwyy!

Items do not fit. Would like to return.

Like many others, I purchased clothing that was unimpressive and customer service has been a hassle. Delivery took approx 3 weeks, material was cheap and sizing was not as advertised. I have been in the process of haggling to get my money back. I have been offered $50 and $90 for over $150 worth of clothing. I wish I had checked these reviews first. Buyer beware!!!

Pricey, but the quality of the clothes is fantastic. The only reason for 4 stars is the shipping took a month.

Horrible experience. Do not trust them. Want to return an item and they have been haggling with me. Starting with “will you take $17.00 and keep the item?” Then, “will you take $40.00 and you can donate it?” It’s been ridiculous. I may never see my money but I am determined at this point. What they state on their website regarding the business is fake news.

So many issues! It took more than a month to receive only a partial amount of my order. I cancelled the other items. Good thing! The quality of the fabric was poor. I had to do some sleuthing to figure contact customer service. I informed them that I wanted to return the items received, about $329 worth of merchandise. They made me an offer of refunding me $110 and to keep the items. I told them that I didn't like the items. The haggling continued with no way to return the items. I ended up losing over $100. Do not believe or trust this company. The interactions were so weird.

I ordered an item that did not work for me. I contacted the company and they refunded me in a timely manner for the item.

Loved everything, the quality of clothing and the style. A couple things were a little snug so need to exchange for next size up but no instructions for returning/exchanging items on website or anywhere I can find.

It does take a while to receive the order. Where is it coming from? Sizing is slightly smaller than regular us sizing. Arms and chest.

The items I ordered are really really poor quality! I tried to return the items and they told me I could not. They would ONLY refund me 45$ to keep the horrible clothes. Poor service! Horrible quality and Horrible service. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered multiple items on Orwyy and the quality of their material was soooo poor. Very thin and the overall fit was horrible. When I went to try to return them under the "30 day money back guarantee" policy, there was only an email option to contact them. Their responses were very delayed and they kept offering me $ to keep the items. I spend > $200 and they first offered me $60 to keep them, then $75 to keep them, then $100 to keep them. I kept telling them I DON"T WANT THESE!!! and asked for a return shipping address. They finally gave me one that was in Dubai and it was going to cost $80 to return them. I filed a dispute with my American Express card and am handling it that way. What a crappy company. DO NOT order from them!

The items I got are of very bad quality. Cheap crap that I would never put on.
I requested return authorization and after 4 days still didn't get any.
I want full refund. No partial refunds are acceptable.
