great product, bought in the sale, so simple package, swift delivery, not cheap but worth it

Divine products and packaging make this my go-to for gifting.

I also have a large selection of fashion and home accessories for myself, lovingly curated with the help of the amazing Alejandra at the store in Marylebone High St.

I have been shopping with Ortigia since its inception - Alejandra knows me inside-out - her care, attention and level of customer service is so personal she makes you feel like family! Thank you for always giving me such amazing service - you are the best!

I can honestly say this is the best shopping experience I have had in the whole of London because the customer service is truly excellent.

I received a small gift set of "Fico India"
Beautiful packaging, but the products smell like my mum's parquet floor polish products from the 1960's to me.
Tried the shower gel today and it has an industrial cleaning smell.
The ingredients list printed in tiny letters on a sticker at the base of a small plastic bottle is very very hard to read, but seems to contain sodium / salt related products.
I will continue using the soap, but the shower gel is not for me.

What a beautiful addition to Sitges. Ortigia has beautiful fragrances and one of the best scents in Italy and wonderful to now be found in Sitges. The service from the Owner was exceptional, a fragrance connoisseur with so much knowledge. This is a shop that must be visited while visiting Sitges. Thank you Javi and Peter

An absolute joy to shop at Ortigia in London. The store is always beautifully presented and Alessandra (I hope I spelt that right!) is welcoming and knowledgeable about all the products. I often see the same people in this store who come back again and again. I love the beautiful original packaging and especially the decorated candles and trays. A store that really adds beauty to our local high street.

The online advert for the box of four 40g soaps makes the soap look twice as thick as it actually is. Misleading advertising. The box is gorgeous though.

What a rip off. Paid £7.50 P&P. The soaps arrived in a cheap, weak box. (I think the box was handmade). Inadequate packing with the soaps spilled out, (one slightly marked) because the lids came off. One lid dented. An absolute rip off.

Melograno soap used to be wonderful scent .. however they have changed the formula and it now just smells of “soap” .. hugely disappointing and will never buy again ..

Great designs and company. Just don't ask the shopkeeper for an ingredients list of the toiletries - she just pointed to the word "natural", and then shrugged impatiently and said "who cares?" These are very unlikely to be 100% natural, and if you've got allergies then you'll care an awful lot. Information for the sake of health is really not too much to ask for.
