The shoes sent are an abomination!!! I wish I’d seen this page before I’d wasted my money. Have problems with my feet but shoes sent are too small & not even the right size. Horrible experience

I ordered 2 pairs of supposed to be orthopedic trainers.They sent 1 pair,no box,and the quality was so poor,these are not orthopedic footwear.

I emailed them 5 times,no reply,so filed a complaint on pay pal and have been refunded.

Do not buy from this company period!!!

Zero stars really. Returned trainers and sandals within 24 hours on 1 August to their Derby address ( they were too small .) Now 29th August and 3 emails sent to Customer Service and 2 phone messages left - when the line box was eventually not full!
Unsatisfactory silence. Do not recommend. Where is my refund?

As all others have said a scam. None of the details about the sandals are found in sandal. Sandals are DANGEROUS due to the awful plastic sole which slides on surfaces. Reported to trading standards

Absolute rubbish shoes.
Emails to customer service produced the same automated reply.
I contacted Consumer Advice and they sent me a draft letter to send to Ortho Stride. This time I had an almost immediate reply saying that a refund had been processed and they didn't want the shoes back. Success!

Returned to address on label, I have informed by e mail twice no reply, they are disgustingly ignorant, would have given no stars arrived in a plastic bag covered by a grey plastic bag, sent mine back by 48 hour delivery sighned for, total waste of money!!!!!

Fraud!!!!
Ordered 3 pairs of size 6. Took ages to come with no communication then 3 cheap pairs came wrapped in a plastic bag, 3 different sizes. Ignoring my request for a refund. Do not buy from here!!

Rubbish sandals different sizes and no contact from after sales team to send a return label and most uncomfortable to wear

I thought I was buying from a UK company - no, the shoes I got were from
China, smelt dreadful, were poorly finished and definitely did not have the support I thought I was paying for. Got a generic ‘we’re busy’ response to my request for a refund.

If I could give these no stars I would. I ordered them then read the reviews and asked them to cancel the order. They still sent it out and I received what can only be described as SHEIN like tat. The customer service is horrendous and I am sick of sending emails. I have been in touch with my bank and having it looked into! I have an address and have sent the trainers back but no refund yet. My bank have said they can look into it if I’m not paid, I am a solicitor so will not be letting it drop until the money is back in my bank!

If I could give 0 stars I would too. Finally received order today after contacting by email and phone for the last 2 weeks but 0 reply until out for delivery. The right size was relieved but they are horrendous. The velcro where the straps are are clearly cut too big, the stitching is shocking and the sole is very uncomfortable seeing as it's supposed to be an orthopaedic shoe. Absolutely disgraceful they are allowed to get away with this! The review of 5 stars is obviously fake too. Sending back to the address shown (uk address) on crap packaging (grey bag and bubble wrap!) Probably won't get a refund but I don't want the cheap tacky things so to be continued...

Placed an order for two pairs of sandals more than a month ago. Only one pair ever received. Telephone number published on the web site is never answered and suggests sending an email. Emails get an auto response telling you they are dealing with a backlog of queries.

Still unable to return the one pair of sandals I did receive and no sign of the rest of the order. Do not use this company - complete waste of money and no customer service whatsoever.

Firstly, I was sent the wrong size. I received an email response from, Munir Welch, who according to Companies House controls Orthostride, who apologised and did send the correct size. At this time I had not tried my purchase until the second pair arrived. These are not orthopaedic wear. For running shoes it feels like I'm wearing plimsolls. They do not support the arches or toes as claimed on the website. They are in fact cheap imports labelled as "ZL Fashion Shoes". I have sent several emails and all but 2 have been ignored. I now have two pairs of shoes, of which I have paid for just one pair at £39.99. I have been unable to return the other pair. I could have bought these for £10 each from a local market stall. Trading Standards needs to be involved.

Same as others would have given 0 stars if possible. SCAM COMPANY. Must have cost less than 50p to make these cardboard shoes. Stole my money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The shoes I received were poor quality. I have requested a return label numerous times but the request is ignored. Order 1887

Unable to leave 0 stars, absolute con. CHEAP plastic sandals advertised as leather, took weeks to arrive, obviously from China though claim to be UK based. Have e-mailed 7 times but nobody will deal with return request. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY TOTAL SCAM

No email contact and they ignore the phone calls

They are far too small, I ordered biggest size but still too small. It says to contact them to return but they don't reply to my emails or phone calls. I am so frustrated and left with a useless pair of sandals that don't fit

Thought this was a reputable company but they are blatant thief’s. The tracking updates would leave you to believe otherwise but when the eventually arrived they were cheap immitations and literally have the words, Made in China on the actual trainer. I think these must have cost about 50p to make at a push! The laces were broken and the trainers shown were not what I received. Customer helpline just goes to voicemail and no reply to the multiple emails sent. No invoice or instructions to return. T&Cs state no refund on sale items but everything on the website is on sale. Absolutely fuming! This company needs to be forced to cease trading!Will be reporting them to Trading Standards.

Exactly the same problem as all of the other reviews.
Took 18 days to arrive. No updates even contacted ‘Orthostride’ to enquire where my order was and had no reply.
I ordered UK 8 and was sent a 41 which is a 7 cannot get my feet into them thankfully as they are the cheapest trainers I’ve ever seen!!
This is a SCAM and I’m going to report them as such.
I am disabled and have difficulty walking this is why I was foolish enough to buy this rubbish.
