worst customer service ever

this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered
1.Both telephone numbers listed on your website are constantly unanswered.
2.When I attempted to submit a message via your online contact form, an error message appeared each time, preventing me from reaching you that way as well.
3.No Email Response
4.was charged twice for my purchase. This forced me to dispute the payments with my bank in order to stop further unauthorized charges.
