Bad customer experience
Bad customer experience. I bought a bed massager in December 2025, when I opened it, it was not the massager I ordered. Called the company, the customer service person I did not feel was very helpful. I returned the massager based on what I thought was the wrong massager and to top this the guarantee had "Foot Massager" based on this I returned the item and was told I had to wait for refund in April 2026. I spoke to customer service and was told the massager was the right one, no other customer has made a complaint about it, so based on that I asked for it to be returned which was January 2026 and still waiting for it 6/3/2026. I have tried calling several times and the phone keeps fading out and I have emailed several times and no response. This is disgusting treatment and as a Business Teacher I will be letting my learners know this is not the way to treat customers. I am still waiting for some one to contact me, if I do not hear something soon will escalate this matter further.
