This review is solely based on the customer service and the trial version that leds to a hefty charge on your bank statement. I signed up for a 1 week trail version with ortex. The charts and data provided were excellent. I, like many others I can assume, forgot to cancel before the trial version expired. 1 day after expiration, my account was charged $588.00 for a 1 year subscription. I immediately contacted ortex to cancel and simply could not afford the fees for there services. Granted, this was a mistake on my end, I know this happens to many users. So please be very aware! If you do not cancel your trial version, you will be stuck with fees. I only had ortex for 1 day, and after trying to cancel immediately, I was stuck paying for 1 month subscription of $79, and was give a partial credit back. The way ortex handled my situation, is probably the way they have handled many other trial versions. I feel ortex intentionally set this up, so they can collect money on the simple mistake of many users.

I'm on a free trial but its been two days and no reply from customer support. I would like to know if there are restrictions on the screener download dataset during a trial as it appears this is the case. Also do you have or plan to offer an api? I'll try phoning the office to see if maybe I can get a reply.

My friend managed to receive a full refund after signing up for a trial but not keen to continue after the trial period. Despite forgetting to inform the company about it and overdue for over a day, this company was willing to offer full refund. In terms of honesty, ORTEX received a 10/10.....an extremely honest company whom I will be willing to pay for services or products - no question ask. In terms of quality, definitely a must have for anyone serious into trading. I will be looking to sign up for one year after I am more well versed into trading.

Awesome platform and honest, admits to any issues with data encountered and provides the public with updates on twitter without expectations. Best investment I have made and will help with my newly acquired ape trading knowledge for future trades and information. Cheers Ortex

I dealt w David and wanted to send as a gift. ORTEX had never had that request.
I opened the account which they were able to smoothly transfer in minutes. I love the platform and it’s reasonably priced.

If you don’t subscribe and digest their reports then your just leaving money on the table.

I am a proud "Ape" of the AMC & GME community. On a daily basis, Ortex provided timely, reliable data that helped me navigate the markets. Additionally, the support staff commonly went above and beyond. Whenever clarification was needed, responses were expedient. If you want to take your trading TO THE MOON (especially when it comes to Short Squeeze information) I highly recommend Ortex.

So far, 1 week into using the site and app. Good site, LOTS of data, still trying to make sense of things.

Did DD on Ortex various places and felt confident enough to use. Surprised to see though, that their Trustpilot domain only was claimed around 1yr ago (May-2020), and that there are only 38 reviews. The bulk of users submitting those have only 1 review on their name. That usually looks fishy to me (are these users real?), so I advice you Ortex to encourage users to leave their reviews here. It's the only way to grow a fair business :)
