I have suffered with daily chronic neck and shoulder pain for years. I have slept on this pillow for 2 weeks and no pain. I tried a similar product and in 2 weeks it started flattening during the night. So far, the Ornatera pillow has maintained its structure and lived up to its promise.

I like the pillow , it was originally for my husband was not big enough for him . I’ve been sleeping well with it .

It is not comfortable as stated in the advertisements. I got two pillows and paid su h high price. I have neck and shoulder issue so thought it will help after seeing all those promising results. They claim 30 day money back guarantee but you will have to ship it back at your cost. So it is not really money back if you don’t like it you will lose money out of your pocket. Ot is a firm pillow and felt it to be high for me. Bottom line not comfortable at all

The pillows are rock hard. Made my neck pain and headaches worse. The “money back guarantee” is a joke. Nowhere does it state customer will be responsible for return shipping costs to Asia but here we are….should've done more research before buying. Their refund “promise” and customer service is awful. Lesson learned.

AVOID - Ordered pillow, have not received it - they said it was delivered and will not refund me. Proof of delivery shows that package was left on my doorstep, but must have been stolen. I have pointed out that it was their contractor who failed to deliver the item safely and as it was sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, only they can raise a complaint and obtain compensation. They have refused to take this up with Royal Mail and have suggested I should do it and report it to the police. It was their contractor therefore their responsibility under Consumer Rights Act 2015 - just get a continuous “computer says no” reply - very frustrating.

BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased this pillow with the hopes that I would get some neck relief and better sleep. Once I received the pillow, it was so hard - like laying my head on a table. The foam had absolutely no give at all and the contours didn’t fit my body (I’m 5’2”, average weight). When I sent an email asking to start the return process, I was offered the option to keep the pillow and received a 20% refund. After declining, the refund amount was increased to 30% then 40% and finally 50%. I declined all and asked for the full refund. Then I was given the return address in China, informed I was responsible for the return shipping charges, and told I would be refunded once the pillow arrived back in their warehouse. I then researched the cost to ship the pillow to China. The cost to ship was over $40.00. I returned to the 50% refund offer because I was afraid my pillow would never arrive back in their warehouse and I would be left with the full price loss. This company is making lots of money producing an extremely cheap product, claiming a “risk free trial,” and then profiting $35.00 from unhappy customers.

This pillow is really amazing. I have had no neck or shoulder pain since I started using it. The price was very reasonable. Well made. Bought a second one for my husband and 2 pillow cases. Love this product! Thank you.

Seems everyone is having the same issue. False advertising and not a quality product. As a person who has 3 fusions and compromised cervical spine I thought it would be worth a try since it said 30 days risk free. After 4 days it started hurting my neck so I inquired about return process. I kept getting a negotiation with customer service via email. Finally last offer 50% to keep and avoid shipping to China. To return it’s an easy 65.00 and to someone else’s point the bag it came in you could hardly get the pillow out and that cheap free bag ripped. Amazon and Walmart are selling them for half of what I paid. Would have been an easier return but the advertiser said 30 day trial or return. I would caution anyone to purchase from them and to another customers point it was in the US for awhile but shipping was delayed in the US. Why? I want a full refund and now I am receiving emails saying they are closing their doors… Hmmmm.

Abusive return process designed to make you give in. When you try to return for refund, they offer you a 20% refund and keep the pillow. When you insist, they then offer 30%, then 40%, then 50%. It's hilarious and offensive at the same time.

They're yet another garbage company that doesn't stand behind their product or their claim that it's a risk-free purchase. When you ask for a return authorization, the best you will get is a refund offer ("and you get to keep the pillow!"). First they offer 30%, then 40%, but stick it out for their final 50% offer. I tried to get them to go up from that, but they stuck at 50%. As someone else mentioned, it's better than nothing, and in the end more cost effective than returning the pillow to China, which is where they want returns sent (on your dime). Just an awful company, total grifters. But really, shame on me for poor pre-purchase research. If you are determined to buy this stinky, rock-hard bit of sweat-inducing molded foam they call a pillow, you can find it on Amazon for half the price as on the Onatera website. (But don't do it even then.)

I was sceptical but this pillow is really comfortable! Even after only a few nights I feel like I am better aligned and more rested when I wake up.

Do not purchase from this company! There isn’t a 30 day trial risk free. They make it impossible to return the product or get your money back. It turns into a negotiation where they offer 30%, then 40%, then a “final offer” of 50% if you keep the product.

Pillow is advertised for side sleepers… good luck with that one. Also, it’s the crapiest “memory foam” you’ve ever felt. Super hard, immediately springs back after being squeezed. I honestly wouldn’t completely hate this if the foam was good, the shape isn’t my favorite but I could make do.. this is just garbage and sold under a false pretense. Don’t buy this pillow. Also the shipping took more than 2 weeks to get to my house. That’s not surprising after seeing they ship directly from country of origin (China).

BEWARE false advertising!!! Website totes “risk free trial” and “money back guarantee” pillow was hard as a rock and uncomfortable, asked for a refund after 2 nights trying to sleep on it. They offered 30% off, or buyer pays shipping back to Asia $20-40…. Absolutely bad business please don’t support them

Took just under a month to receive the pillow. I believe it ships from China, so it's understandable that it will take some time to arrive (this was before shipments from China were delayed due to political actions in the US). Oddly, the tracking showed that the delay happened after it was already in the US. While Customer Service didn't actually provide me with any answers, they were very quick and responsive to my inquiry.

It arrived hard as a rock, as tightly compressed as it possibly could be. I almost had to break the "travel bag" in order to get it out. There is absolutely no way it will fit back into the "travel bag," so that is effectively a useless "free gift." But the pillow itself opened up and flattened out nicely.

I used it for the first time last night and I am really happy with it so far. I am a side sleeper with occasional stints on my back. Both positions are quite comfortable. My neck feels properly supported in both positions. Zero neck discomfort this morning, whereas I usually crack my neck and sound like a little kid playing with bubble wrap.

I got my pillow on January 3rd and I complained about the smell and I should’ve mentioned how hard and uncomfortable the pillow was. I was not informed about their guarantee so I agreed to get 30 percent back because sending it to China would cost 20 dollars so I chose the 30 percentage and got 30 dollars back. I feel they owe me 70 dollars because it in all cost me over 100 dollars.

Very uncomfortable for side and stomach sleeper. Also, please read the fine print before trying product. It is not risk free as the website claims. I returned mine within 3 days of purchase and had to pay to send it back.

The pillows are awesome, the wait to receive them and lack of timely updates was not so great.
