Terrible, I cancelled the order right after I click the purchase. They were closed all weekend so I called first thing Monday morning. They want to charge me a cancellation fee. The product is on backorder.

We found these couches online and thought they looked comfortable enough to try them. After ordering them, we were able to track the progress up until the couches were ready to ship, which was when the tracking number stopped working on their website. I called to ask about the progress of my order. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable about the website and helpful in finding my order and giving me a status update. Once my order was being delivered, the delivery driver called to set up a convenient time. Everyone was very professional, and kind. The couches are perfect for my living room and super comfortable to sit in.

So I havent actually gotten the product yet. But looking around i could not find a better price. Also the right arm facing sectional i couldnt locate on the site and their customer service was so helpful in locating it for me and also giving me an added discount. So from Liezel's customer service alone and the price they are 5. (now if the delivery people kick holes in the boxes and throw in a ditch it might be a different story)

Liked a certain style and it was a better deal online for the same table and chair set compared to Ashley’s!

I heard nothing about the furniture for about 3 weeks. I called to ask about the order and they had it to my home within two days.

When ordering my couch , I received an order number that I was never able to check the status on because it kept saying my order was not found. When calling customer service, my number was link to someone else. I finally received my couch, and it was damaged. I emailed them and stated I can’t file a claim form because my order number keeps saying not found. They said okay they will submit my claim on my behalf they just needed the product information and more photos. Which was provided. Nearly almost a month later, I contacted them again since I have yet to hear back, my claim was not submitted because I didn’t submit the form! They asked me for the same information that was already provided! Such a horrible experience!

From the beginning of my experience and my order of merchandise the order was compromised. The first part of my order went to the wrong address. Fortunately I was still at the address were I was able to receive my order from FedEx. The second part of my order was still destined to go go to the wrong address. It’s was until I called the original shipping company that I was able to stop the order from going to the wrong address. The amount of time of getting my order has been lengthy and not well managed.

I was hesitant to order such expensive pieces of furniture ( 2 ocean blue leather chairs) from an unfamiliar place who was so far away, but due to the savings I did. The shipping cost was high, but probably fair and due to the sale price I was still ahead from getting it there as opposed to getting it locally. I got my chairs in a month. They were packed well and the shipping company was very helpful and on time.

Angel was really an angel.and helped us through order.

Great service and very good communication

When I originally placed my order, I inquired about the delivery timeline. Despite this, my items did not arrive until March 18th. To make matters worse, the delivery occurred at 9:20 PM with only one driver, requiring me to personally help carry the furniture to my doorstep.

While I was excited to assemble my new bed, I was disappointed to find signs of prior use. There were scratches around the bolt holes and on the footboard. I purchased this under the impression it was a brand-new set. Although I am pleased with the bed’s design, I cannot recommend Ornate Home Furniture. I suggest others buy directly from the manufacturer to ensure the furniture is actually new and that the delivery process is professional and timely.

The worst. Product is bad. Buyer beware

Jeremy helped us purchase our new couch and he was excellent. He was very patient with alllllll my questions since I’m extremely picky with large purchases. Their prices were so much lower than Ashley furniture! And the employees don’t work off commission so I didn’t feel pressured to make any decisions.

Everything went well with my delivery! I have absolutely nothing bad to say. From California to North Carolina with all professionalism and promptness. I’m completely satisfied.
