Poor customer service. They dont stand by their commitment to deliver on time. Impossible to get anyone on the phone as they dont take calls and email takes them days to get back to you. Will never deal with them again.

I ordered ornaments over 2 weeks before Christmas and was told they would arrive before Christmas. I never received shipping information and was only able to get tracking information after contacting the company. When my order did not arrive, the only way I could contact customer support was through email. I was told I had to wait until my order was lost for more than 10 days before they would reship my order. This was extended as ups was “updating” my delivery date so the company wouldn’t count my shipment as lost. After repeated emails, they finally agreed to reship my order. However, items I had ordered were now out of stock. While they agreed to credit those items, they provided no compensation for the delay in the other items. Shipping was not refunded or expedited in any way. A month and a half after my original order, I received some of my ornaments along with someone else’s order. The quality is disappointing and the printing is blurry. I am very disappointed in the complete lack of customer service, response to issues and quality of what I received. I will not be ordering again and will be sharing my unfavorable experience with other customers who also regularly order from this company.

The personaluzed ornaments were gifts for my clients. They are beautiful but warning! They are easily broken. I wish they would produce them in a more durable material. I also suggest addition of grey hair and representations of other ethnic groups. I have some Asian clients and many elderly clients who no longer have pigmented hair.

Ornaments are great quality. A little pricey. Corrections are quick and without argument. That is appreciated.

Ordered a personalized Christmas ornament for my great grandson‘s first Christmas got lost in the mail never received it they reprinted it and finally sent it out after Christmas too late to be on the tree so that’s why I gave it three stars they did honor the reprint.

Terrible customer service and have ordered from you 15 plus years! I have never sent a complaint about a broken item and you needed proof… then the item was no longer available… of course you sent a duplicate on a item as well and unfortunately you told to me disregard or throw away! The kicker was when you sent someone else’s item then told me to throw away or disregard that item and I took it upon my self to mail the item directly to the customer and told them you said disregard the item and they were grateful that I mailed the beloved item to the correct place. Also I ordered an item and it never came. The frame. Then you stated how you would have it over nighted and you never sent. Terrible customer service and will never order again.

Did not like the fact that they spelled the name wrong on my grandson’s Christmas ornament.

I ordered 8 ornaments on November 20th. They were shipped on December 5th and didn’t arrive in time for Christmas. I emailed and your company sent a second batch saying the first order was lost. I received the ornaments mid January and the photo quality was very blurry and muted. The price was very low. I would rather pay more and have the quality be better. The bags they came in were the best part.

Well to be honest, I had difficulties with the website, and then my original order was delivered somewhere other than my home. I contacted the company and they agreed to send me a new order and it arrived after Christmas, but it was just what I had hoped for so all in all things turned out just fine.

I love the selection of ornaments that can be personalized for each recipient. Also, that they each come with it's own bag for gifting.

The ornament was exactly what I wanted for my daughter and her family and the firering ornament was so cute! Unfortunately, my daughter's name is spelled different than most would expect ... STEPHENIE!! The person in charge of the names assumed we spelled it incorrectly... and wrote STEPHANIE, which is incorrect! Your company kindly agreed to correct the mistake, and sent out a corrected ornament that arrived after Christmas!! Someone needs to have better quality control over the names, but I do appreciate that the mistake was corrected.

They replaced the ornament with the correct spelling (their mistake) of name. Although it didn’t get delivered in time for Christmas, my Granddaughter understood! Thanks for replacing the ornament.

1 ornament was broken but I finally received a replacement, Thank YOU It was late for Christmas but received.

one of my ornaments was broken during transit and they replaced it immediately.

One of the ornaments I ordered got switched with another customer. I got theirs and suppose they got mine. It was for my granddaughter so I quickly tried to reorder in hopes of having for Christmas. It was no longer available so I ordered a different ornament and had to pay expedited delivery. I like phone customer service. Would have probably told me it wasn’t available, helped me order a new ornament and send it expedited on you. However, I had to be my own customer service representative and paid more money than I should have. Customer service done your way works but not great.

I ordered 5 ornaments and two had issues and I was told they would send me two new ones and I have not received anything. They were not cheap. I still want them to send me the ornaments.

I ordered 2 ornaments . one came fine the other one was glass and was sent in a plastic bag it was rapped in paper it came smashed. I let you know and you sent a replacement the same way it also came smashed. So I was out 1 ornament. was NOT HAPPY!!!!

We were sent the wrong ornaments which we had paid extra for shipping to receive before Christmas. The replacements arrived several days after Christmas, having been sent ground. We did not receive the value of the extra shipping charges we paid.

I contacted them because one of the ornaments I ordered was incorrect. They spelled the name wrong. They offered to correct the issue and resend it. Even though I wouldn’t get it until after Christmas I told them to fix the error and send it. When I received it nothing was corrected. Same miss spelled name. Finally I just asked for a refund. What am I going to do with 2 of the same ornaments with miss spelled names.
