It charges you with unintended subscription and the Ai assistance and all these were a huge waste of time and energy without helping anything in cancelling the subscription and getting a refund. It really annoyed me.

Update after fist feedback. Positive resolution and after all good customer support.
I initially had a confusing experience during checkout where an additional product was added, and I did not receive a confirmation email or the expected content. This caused some frustration at first.
However, after reaching out, the company reviewed the situation and has now acknowledged the issue and confirmed a full refund. I really appreciate that they took the matter seriously and worked towards a fair resolution.
This experience shows that while there may be some improvements needed in the checkout process and communication, the company is willing to take responsibility and resolve problems when they arise.

Amazing App to upload all your old and new blood tests to get a detailed overview of your past history in each test you did with graphs and numbers. It is not perfect yet so you might have to correct some entries. But I highly recommend it

If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible experience with the auto-renewal and refund process. I have had login issues where once you enter your email address it sits thinking without nothing happening, they haven't charged my account and still will not issue the pending withdraw. I have tried to log in for days sometimes being successful, others not so much.. Do not recommend!

I have a problem syncronizing the appa with Garmin.
I' m waiting for a solution but my rating is High because I'm referring to the customer experiences: I have received immediate answers in the whatsapp and email chat.

I signed up for a small trial charge and decided not to continue — the app was not what I expected. I was then charged 145 ILS for an automatic renewal with no prior notification. When I contacted support requesting a refund, they refused and closed the chat. There is no clear cancellation option in the app, and the subscription is not managed through the App Store. Misleading billing practices and poor customer service.

It would be great if reports of radiology could be included for a better health profile outlook. A family member was diagnosed with stage 4 hepatic cirrhosis so I searched high and low for a way to track her labs and radiology. This app is great and I love the trend view breakdowns and being able to enter daily information. If I could upload radiology results her health profile would look very different. Im still learning this app so I could be missing other options as well. I also feel like there is a place to put in already diagnosed conditions but im probably just not seeing it, I dont know.
