Ormsby was great to work with! I had question about custom pick ups and they were always quick to get back with me and answer the questions I had. The guitar showed up in perfect condition and shipping was incredibly quick coming from Australia to the States.

Flawless process for sending guitar from Australia. DHL is a superior carrier and they delivered it according to my exact instructions. The guitar itself (Kris Xen Signature) is perfect for me. Been wanting to find an 8 string guitar that just lets me play in any style. Appreciate the QC note in the bag with the string gauge listed. Will be shopping for more Ormsbys.

Very quick delivery, QC on the guitar is done well: just a quick tune up and ready to go, intonation is fantastic without any other setup.

The personal interaction with Perry and Brett at the Sydney Guitar show was a real positive for my young blokes, they are both budding musicians and to have that connection was great for them. My youngest already has an Ormsby in the house and we were stoked to purchase the Death of Lucifer 6 string. An amazing guitar that looks sensational. It gets played everyday.

Great experience, the Guitar is amazing and arrived without any visual or mechanical blemishes, I have been playing it a lot in the 1.5 weeks since getting and ive noticed nothing. It did not arrive completely in tune but Idk enough about floyd rose's to say if thats a slight “““failure“““ in the setup process or expected after a delivery from australia to europe, either way it doesn’t really matter and I wouldn’t even write about that if this was a hardtail bridge. Im very, very happy with the Guitar!

A fine well made instrument, Goliath , first time having a headless and multi scale guitar.
Staff were helpful as I wasn’t able to pick up the guitar in person so other arrangements were made.

I picked up the Goliath headless 7 string in dragonburst. Amazing color, craftsmanship, and overall guitar.
I’ve only held a few headless guitars and basses before. Most of the those I had held, felt cheap. I usually like my guitars to not be heavy, but have enough weight to few sturdy. So my biggest worry was that this was going to feel so light that it felt cheap. These guitars are far from that! It is a little lighter inherently from being headless. But the lighter weight of this feels more like an accompaniment to the instrument rather than reflection of quality. It has a sweet resonance to it as well. Like holding it against your body and playing, I can feel the notes too. I absolutely love everything about it and it’s been such a great tool for creativity. I hope to get an Instagram post up sometime soon with it and tag the company.
I first played an Ormsby guitar at a Guitar Center that picked it up on trade. I’m pretty sure it was a Hype GTR. It was the best feeling and sounding guitar that I had ever played. From that moment I knew I had to at least get an Ormsby. When I saw the dragon burst, I knew that was the one. As previously mentioned I had some reservations about a headless. Scared it would feel cheap, I had never had a headless before, and never really played one either.
I’m playing more metalcore type music and the pickups are great and articulate. The 5 way switch actually sounds like it’s making different configurations of the pickups. Which is nice. A lot of guitar switches I have felt are more gimmicky than anything. With such little variance in tone with any form of switch position.
Once the guitar shipped, I was super surprised that it only took like a few days from Australia to Utah in the United States. The sales team was good to respond with any questions I had too.
Long story long, super happy with my purchase. Definitely won’t be my last.

Maybe not that happy but I now have a slick Ormsby blood spatter 7 string to add to the Hypemachine, txgtr and a dc gtr.

Perry builds some sweet guitars and the import line is also solid!
