Outstanding service from this company!! Firstly I ordered a necklace but received a bracelet instead on Monday! ( the bracelet was beautiful btw ) i was gifting the bracelet and need it by Thursday! I contacted a lovely person from customer care on WhatsApp and they apologised for the mix up and said not to worry the necklace would arrive the Wednesday ( which it did ) and told me to keep the bracelet as a good will gesture! They exceeded my expectations, the customer service I received was excellent they went above and beyond couldn’t be nicer managed to get it here for Wednesday after me only messaging Monday night and then letting me keep the bracelet aswel which is worth £40+ itself!! I have used this company several times in the past for gifts and the jewellery is always absolutely beautiful and well made! But this has made me like them even more! If I could give 10 stars I would! Thankyou so much especially to Benjy who dealt with my inquiry you made my day!! 11/10 for service & quality!!!

I bought the Orb pearl loops in silver. Fantastic. They look classy. Easy to put on and take off.

I only wish there was a choice to have the chain a little longer as mine doesn’t quite fit..but it’s no fault of the company it clearly states 45cms I was just hoping it would fit like my other necklaces of the said length.

I asked the guys at Orli if they could possibly extend a previously bought bracelet with extra links as if was a little 'snug'. Benjy responded immediately and said it would be no trouble to do this. I duly sent it off to Orli. They would not accept any payment for putting the extra links in, and my gorgeous bracelet was back on my wrist within a week. I am absolutely astounded at having such great service from them, this doesn't happen too often these days, especially in small businesses like Orli. This is why they have a thriving little business and will continue to be successful. The customer is important to them.They do have beautiful jewellery and knowing they will look after their customers, even after sales, is wonderful.
