Horrible company

Horrible company! I ordered two nail pens. They added an additional three and a subscription i did not order. I tried to cancel to no avail and have been trying for a month to return. Portal not necessary for orders but is for returns. Wasn't able to access. SCAMMED.

Absolute garbage...been using syringe…

Absolute garbage...been using syringe and serum for over 3 months and has had zero effect....as for customer service..forget it..ordered 8 pens from their discount, website clear as mud l ended up purchasing 14 by mistake, tried to amend order within an hour only to be told it had been processed, shipped and I received my order....sorry but unless it was Artemis 2 there was no way it could get across the Atlantic in an hour...they just don't want to refund.

Do not use - misleading

Do not use! This company will mislead you into ordering far more than you want and it will refuse to cancel the order! The whole order process is designed to confuse and prevent a clear order summary being seen! Avoid avoid avoid
